Following the principles of Project-Based Learning, Triumph’s English 12A class engaged in a Writer’s Workshop that asked the students to seek creative routes bridging their personal literacies and interests into the discipline of Writing.

Through a rigorous process of planning, researching, and drafting, these students fully engaged in the professional writing pro-

cess in their projects, with voice, choice, and authenticity as their guiding themes.

This year had a truly diverse array of final projects, including poetry collections, informative brochures about mental health, posterboard presentations, suspenseful short stories, sports podcasts, and even a live demonstration of show cows!
