Graffiti Abatement Program The Cheyenne Police Department’s Graffiti Abatement Program is continuing to offer a valuable service to citizens to help eradicate graffiti in their neighborhoods. Members of the program have painted over graffiti on hundreds of different properties over the past several years. In most cases, graffiti will be painted over by the Cheyenne Police Department free of charge after a report has been made and the property owner has authorized the abatement.
