Representatives from LCCC and local businesses set up booths and equipment demonstrations in the gym and parking lot of the school to share the career and educational opportunities offered in the trades. Students were able to try their hand at soldering copper pipe, trying a hammer drill, using advanced software, exploring various equipment from several trades, and sitting in the cab of a big rig. Additionally, students were able to get information and talk to instructors from LCCC programs, local

The Cheyenne Winter Farmers Market is returning and the doors will be open at the Historic Downtown Train Depot, 121 West 15th Street. Starting November and going through May, every first and third Saturdays of the month. Rooted in Cheyenne will host a Tree Steward Training program on Saturday, November 4, from 8:00am-4:00pm at the Laramie County Public Library, 2200 Pioneer Avenue.
