Founded in 1997 in Belgium is specialized in vintage photography from 1850 until the 1950's.

The inventory is a mix of several styles, periods and subjects questioning the nature of photography based on the historical and esthetical context.

The photographers are well known, befitted amateurs or unknown photographers.

Roughly the inventory can be divided into several points of interest: inter war photography, German photography of the FKK and astronomical photography.

František Drtikol 2 portraits of Edouard Vojan, (id 5586,0) 1920, Czech Republic Vintage silver print, Very Good 12 (14) X 9 cm 850,0 Euro František Drtikol (3 March 1883, P?íbram – 13 January 1961, Prague) was a Czech photographer of international renown. He is especially known for his characteristically epic photographs, often nudes and portraits.

From 1907 to 1910 he had his own studio, until 1935 he operated an important portrait photostudio in Prague on the fourth floor of one of Prague's remarkable buildings, a Baroque corner house at 9 Vodi?kova, now demolished.

Jaroslav Rössler, an important avant-garde photographer, was one of his pupils. Drtikol made many portraits of very important people.

Eduard Vojan (May 5, 1853 – May 31, 1920) was a famous Czech actor of early cinema.

The main trait of his work is a lyrical melancholy and linkage to his literary works. His production did not reach appreciation but in the 80´s.

In the 20´s Bartuška already won recognition as a poet and painter in many reviews, he wrote several poetry collections influenced by social work and Poetism of which he illustrated some and prepared graphic layout for. At the same time he concentrated himself on music and theatre. ,

While Jefferson did not see those plans come to fruition during his lifetime, in 1877 Leander J. McCormick donated a 26-inch telescope to the University, and an observatory, which now bears the name of its benefactor, was built to house it on Mount Jefferson.

In addition, there have been smaller telescopes used for astronomical observations and other devices stored at the observatory including an impressive array of astrometric instruments.
