ASSIGNMENT 1: ARCHITECTURAL DRFATING In this assignment, we will learn about drafting with the aid of straightedges, triangles, templates, compasses and scale. We will also understand the use of different line thickness in our drawing and also the use of scale to get an accurate measurement.

ASSIGNMENT 1: SUMMARY In conclusion, we have learnt that all lines in a drawing serve a purpose. We also learnt that by using diferent line thickness helps us to understand one's drawing as it is one of the way of communication of one's designs. We also learnt that architectural handwriting allows people to see clearly and also it is unique as it complements with our line works.

ASSIGNMENT 2: DRAWING FROM OBSERVATION In this assignment, we will learn how to observe an object and draw it out and giving tone and texture to the drawing. We will also understand that sight is the most important sense for us to gather information about our world and through this we are able to study the objects' tone, texture, volume and space.

ASSIGNMENT 2: SUMMARY

From this assignment, we learnt that through tonal values, we are able to convey a vivid sense of light, mass and space from our drawing. We also learnt that with the combination of lines and tonal value, we are able to create texture to our drawing.

ASSIGNMENT 3: MULTIVIEW DRAWINGS In this assignment, we will learn about drawing types we know such as plan, section and elevation. We will also learn about orthographic projection which each of the orthographic drawings represents part of a particular object or building. We will also learn about details in the plan which are neccesary because with details such as windows, doors, staircase and furniture it is called a plan.

From this assignment, we have learnt about the importance of details in our plan as it helps to show the qualities of space to others. We also learnt that the placement of furniture and also types of furniture used help to define a space's function. We also learnt how to draw a plan, section and elevation of a building and also understand the importance of these drawings as it helps to give a better image of how the building going to look like or how it is going to be built.
