GLObALISATION IS A LINk TIED ANYwHERE ON EARTH IN MODERN SOCIETY. THE wORLD NOw IS MORE TOLERANT. THE CHAIN IS A PUbLIC CENTRE FOR PEOPLE FROM DIFFERENT CULTURAL bACkGROUNDS TO COMMUNICATE AND ASSIST EACH OTHER.

THE CULTURAL CENTRE PROMOTES ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT THROUGH TOURISM, ExHIbITIONS AND OTHER ACTIVITIES. RESIDENTS COULD RECEIVE EDUCATION AND EMPLOYMENT IN THE CHAIN. THE YOUNGER GENERATION COULD ALSO ExCHANGE AND LEARN ADVANCED kNOwLEDGE IN THIS PUbLIC CENTRE.
