Disassembly Steps of Smartphone When the smartphone is overhauled, the disassembly of smartphone is a very important operation link. The steps of disassembling the NOKIA N95 smartphone can be divided into the disassembly of the battery, the disassembly of the back cover and the disassembly of the circuit board.

1. Disassembly of the battery

When you disassembly the battery of your smartphone, you can remove the back cover first. Because most of the smartphone's lock or fixed screws are distributed around the battery slot. When you start maintenance, you should press the lock on phone back cover firstly. Then remove the battery cover, lever the battery edge and remove the battery.

2. Disassembly of the back cover

The next step is to disassembly the phone back cover.

Observe the structure of the removed handset, we can find that the smartphone back cover is fixed by a few sets of buckle or screws. Using the pry piece to insert the back cover and the body, according to the display direction, then the button will be opened.

3. Disassembly of the circuit board

After the smartphone back cover is removed, the next step is to separate the smartphone circuit board.

First, we use the screwdriver to unscrew the circuit board screws.

Second, carefully lift the circuit board, not too much force, so as not to break the internal data line.

Third, take the button board.

Fourth, remove the bottom housing and the top housing.

Finally, separate the circuit board from the shield.
