First, power off your iPhone 6 before beginning disassembly. Remove the two holes under the home key of the iphone 6 with a five angle screwdriver.

Heat your iPhone screen with a hairdryer.

Place the suction cup above the home key. Pull up the

suction cup, so that there is a gap between the screen and the back shell, insert the pry plate into the gap. Slide the nozzle to the left along the lower edge of the iPhone. Be careful: Do not pry along the top edge of the iphone, otherwise it may damage the plastic clips of the stationary display. Pull up on the suction cup to lift up the display and open the iPhone.

Remove the suction cup. Use a pry piece to slide an opening pick along the top edge of the iPhone 6, between the rear case and front panel, to break up the remaining adhesive holding the screen in place. Open the iPhone by swinging the display up from the left side. Don't try to fully separate the display yet, as several fragile ribbon

cables still connect it to the iPhone's logic board.

Remove screws from the lower connector bracket, then remove the lower connector bracket.

Use a spudger to lift the battery connector out of its socket on the logic board.

Remove the cross screws and secure the holder to the front panel sensor assembly connector.

Remove the display assembly.

Remove four screws securing the bracket over the home/Touch ID sensor.

Remove the bracket that secures the home/Touch ID sensor. and remove the home/Touch ID sensor assembly.

Remove the earpiece bracket to the front panel, and remove the earpiece speaker bracket.

Remove the earpiece speaker to the front panel and remove the earpiece speaker.

Remove the front camera and sensor cable.

Break up the adhesive near the home button and gently lift the LCD shield plate from the display assembly.
