targets. Statistics show that more than 616 people have been killed since 2011 when the AlShabaab terror group, which is linked to the attacks, threatened revenge following Kenya’s incursion into Somalia to fight the international terrorist group. The latest in a series of the attacks was
witnessed last weekend when two nearsimultaneous explosions occurred on two buses along the Thika Superhighway. Three people were killed while 86 others were injured, 17 of them seriously.
