Police warn public over rising kidnap incidents Cases of people suddenly vanishing without a trace are on the rise as incidences of abduction and kidnappings go up.
Little Margaret Tania Omondi was kidnapped in November 2011 and the parents have since never known peace.
Then aged only six, Tania was playing with friends in Umoja estate before she was abducted. Her parents’
promise of Sh1 million reward to anyone with information that may lead to her whereabouts have not yielded any
fruits. Tania is just one of the many cases of children who have vanished without trace.
