he National Assembly could be forced to forgo its September recess to debate and consider proposed amendments to the electoral laws by the Joint Parliamentary Select Committee on Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) reforms. The recess is scheduled to start on Friday next week until October 2.
