ExiProgen™ Protein Synthesis & DNA/RNA Prep System ExiProgen™ is the world’s first fully automated protein synthesis and nucleic acid extraction system and it is a breakthrough in synthetic biology allowing for the synthesis and purification of one to 16 proteins per run. DNA, in the form of plasmid or linear PCR product, is added to the system and Bioneer’s coupled transcription/translation E. coli extract then synthesizes the protein. The crude protein extract is further purified, using His-Tag engineered into the proteins. The net result is up to 100 ug of >90% pure Protein in about 6 hours. ExiProgen™ can also purify Nucleic Acids from several sources, making it one of the most versatile systems available.
Exicycler™ Real time PCR Exicycler™ 96 is the real-time qualitative and quantitative diagnostic instrument (NEP/KGMP certificates and CE-IVD marking) based on real-time qPCR technology, enabling to detect up to a minimum quantity of amplified genes. It is also the next generation diagnostic instrument used in quantitative analysis for cancer inducing genes as well as for the dozens of pathogen detection, including AIDS, Pneumoniae, New influenza, A, B & C type hepatitis, sexually-transmitted diseases, Malaria, Norovirus, food poisoning and so on. Exicycler 96 is comprised of thermal block and optical module for detecting fluorescence signal, by which the quantities of amplified nucleic acid products indirectly can be measured. During the polymerase chain reaction (PCR) experiment, all the data transferred through the optical module are displayed in real time and in every cycle. The optical module was developed by Bioneer for illuminating the 96 well blocks homogeneously and the thermal block was designed uniquely for controlling temperature accurately.
RocketScript Reverse Transcription Product Series AccuPower® RocketScript™ RT PreMix contains BIoneer’s exclusive M-MLV based thermostable reverse transcriptase (RTase), RocketScript™. Native M-MLV RTase has maximum activity at relatively low temperatures (42°C), causing several problems in reverse transcription of RNA molecules with complex secondary structure. RocketScript™ has thermostable activity (42°C~70°C), allowing efficient cDNA synthesis from virtually any RNA. The lyophilized PreMix contains all components necessary for a successful reverse transcription reaction, including RTase, RNase inhibitor and buffer components. Just add template RNA, primers and water, and the RT reaction is ready to go.
Sequencing Service Bioneer Sequencing Service is a fast and highly reliable DNA Sequencing Service performed on the ABI 3730XL DNA Analyzer, which provides high quality of sequence analysis data (Phred Score (QV): ≥ 20, Guaranteed read lengths: ≥ 600bp) within 48-hour from the arrival time of sample. Also, Bioneer’s deliberate expertise in oligo synthesis technology supports custom primer order for DNA sequencing at time.
