Whether you spend 2 or 8 weeks at the Xtreme Bali Fitness Bootcamp you really can make a difference. With top fitness professionals providing all the motivation & guidance you need, you can join our groups to really change your fitness levels and transform your physique in a completely supportive environment while training in a tropical paradise!. Everything is there for you: healthy meals, lots of different fitness training classes, our own yoga shala & training area surrounded by serene rice terraces plus use of one of the top Cross fit boxes in Asia!
BALI ACCOMMODATION The Bootcamp is not just about training. Its also about being social and staying in comfortable accommodation. You can stay in our Fitness Resort, exclusive to Ultimate Fitness. Most (+/- 90%) travel solo and the resort is a super social environment. Rooms are shared between 2-4 travellers joining the Bootcamp.

The accommodation is in a great location. Just far enough from the temptation this vibrant part of the island has to offer, yet only a couple of minutes away! UF STANDARD & LEAN ROOMS The Bootcamp starts off 5 days a week with relaxing yoga sessions, followed by daily morning and afternoon group training sessions that include cardio, body strength and conditioning, core workouts and high-intensity training sessions. And of course there is free Gym Access seven days a week, no way you’ll come home not feeling and looking your best. At the Bali Fitness Bootcamp, we have teamed up with the best fitness trainers to put together the Ultimate Fitness training environment. Our professional roster of trainers will push you to your limits and help you smash all of your goals. Whether it’s weight loss, muscle tone a total re-haul or taking your fitness to a new level, our expert coaches are here to advise and make you the best you can be.

How Long.... The majority of guests come for four weeks, and they can achieve some impressive results. Due to time constraints some people just come for one or two weeks, this is a good opportunity to learn more about maintaining your fitness levels and give you a head start for when you’re back home. Really want a transformative experience go for 8 weeks!
