No matter what your level of experience is, at our camp you can learn or improve your mixed martial arts skills to an impressive level. GETTING STARTED Morning Yoga Monday to Saturday: 1 training sessions a day
Anyone can do yoga. You don’t need to be able to tie yourself into a pretzel or spend a year in silent devotion to gain all the amazing benefits. If you can breathe, you can do yoga. It’s that simple. Plus after hard workouts involving throwing punches and hauling tires, our yoga brings an element of quiet strength to the camp. Focusing primarily on the Hatha, Vinyasa Power Flow and power yoga, our classes are suitable for all levels regardless of fitness or flexibility. So start your day getting those sore muscles flexible again!
GROUP SESSION
Each Muay Thai session exist of:
Muay Thai Classes: Beginner to Advanced
Warm up/stretching routine
Monday to Saturday: 2 training sessions a day
10-20 minutes of shadow boxing
Technique work
3 rounds of pad work with a trainer
Monday to Friday: 1 training sessions a day
3 rounds working on the heavy bags
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
200 alternating front kicks on heavy bags
Monday to Friday: 2 training sessions a day
300 jump knees on the bag
200 alternating elbows on the bag
300 sit ups and 200 push ups
Cool down/stretching

More about the Muay Thai session
Beginner Muay Thai sessions are designed to cater for students who have little to no training experience in Muay Thai. Intermediate Muay Thai sessions for students who have some previous training experience and already know the basics of the art. The intensity of the training is increased and some more complex techniques and combinations are taught. Advanced Muay Thai sessions caters to students who already have a good amount of training experience and also to people with professional fight experience. This programme is much more challenging than the beginner and intermediate programmes, with a focus on developing fight fitness and ring skills. This is perfect for students looking to prepare for a fight. Your head trainer is the very experienced trainer of champions and the training includes stance, footwork, punches, kicks, knees and elbows and the defences to these techniques. Sparring sessions included: The sparring sessions are controlled and focus on correct technique, with each student wearing protective equipment and being supervised by the trainers. The trainers will push you hard to make you stronger both physically and mentally.
FITNESS SESSIONS Body Fit and Cross Training Monday to Friday: 2 training sessions a day "Pushes training results to the Maximum! Our programme s are a workout for every fitness level, absolute beginner to advanced athlete" It is the perfect addition to any Martial Art you want to learn. A whole hour of workout with your own bodyweight every morning, pushes training results to the maximum. And the 30 minute Crossfit training will increase stamina, strength, speed, agility, balance and coordination. Fitness and weight room Monday to Friday open from 8 am to 7 pm Train comfortable in our indoor air-conditioned weighs room. Fully equipped with Smith Machine, Bench Press, Cable-Cross, Squat Rack and Leg Press and much more
Outdoor Training The Buddha run as well as the Outdoor/Beach workout take place once a week instead of a regular Bodyfit morning class, and are only a couple of minutes away from the training camp. Don’t worry if you don’t have a scooter, we take care of the busses for the whole group.

OTHER MARTIAL ARTS GROUP SESSIONS Western Boxing 3 sessions a week Krabi Krabong 3 sessions a week Krabi Krabong is a weapons-based martial art originating in Thailand which can easily be applied to self-defense situations, using everyday objects as weapons. Muay Boran 2 session a week Muay Boran utilizes all kinds of striking attacks as well as joint locks, throws and ground grappling.
MEAL PLAN No matter what you want to achieve at the Mixed Martial Arts Training Camp, a proper diet is paramount to your success. We have got you covered with delicious healthy good eats, so come on and get hungry!
Fresh beautiful ingredients are the alpha of any great kitchen. We buy as much local produce as possible and practice food safety at all times. We only use extra virgin olive oil, no frying and NO MSG, ever! Our job is to provide you with delicious nutrition and lessen the possibility of upset travel tummies.
Included are 2 meals a day, next to that you can get fruit/ shakes, and protein shakes. A 3rd meal you can have at the restaurant or at any of the other little restaurants nearby. This is not included but will be around 3/4 GBP per meal.
ACCOMMODATION. TAKE YOUR PICK. Fighter Rooms Located on the campus. Private room with a single bed, fan, dresser, small fridge, TV/cable, DVD, and wifi Internet. Shared bathroom facility Standard Rooms Located at or very close to the Campus and comes with a large bed, fan or air-conditioning, wifi internet, TV, DVD, cable, hot water shower, wardrobe and fridge. Maid service cleans the room 2 times per week. Luxury Rooms Located withng 2 km from the training camp each private boutique Room comes with a large bed, air conditioning, flat screen TV/cable, DVD, WiFi internet, hot water ensuite shower and your own little outside veranda. The perfect place to relax after your day training. Outside you find 2 stunning pools and communal lounge spaces.
