US A TASTE OFABOUT OUR PORTFOLIO THE COSTA CONCORDIA Described as the largest, most technically demanding wreck removal operation ever attempted on a ship of its size, the wrecked Costa Concordia cruise liner was successfully removed from an idyllic slice of Italian shoreline.

“Dear Mr Kelly, We have been involved in the Costa Concordia Removal Project from the time of the incident, responsible for oil pollution prevention, pollution control and recovery measures. Over the course of the project - we use various types of oil booms from many of the wolrd leading boom manufacturers, each presenting their own challenges for rapid deployment and recovery, depending on the prevailing weather condition. Late in 2012, we started using Xtreme Projects “Ocean Booms” - and have since that date made them the standard for our pollution prevention operations, and the protection of the coastline of Giglio Island. It is exteremly easy for our small boat teams to rapidly deploy and recover the XtremeProjects™ Booms, and allows us to fullySpill comply with theWith Coasteleven Guardyears requirements experiencefor inthe pollution Xtreme is a this 24-Hour Emergency project.

He has always shown passion and dedication in this also maintains a high standard, hence the absence of complaints to our committee."

CAPTAIN NICHOLAS SLOANE “I write in connection with the JIN TAI incident, which occurred in Coega in the early hours of 1st January 2012, resulting in a relatively large salvage intervention. I do believe that the actions of the Port, and associated departments and subcontractors within the port itself, assisted in avoiding a major pollution disaster in such an environmentally sensitive location. Of particular note, I would like to compliment Xtreme Projects, for their response and continued performance throughout the resulting salvage operation. I have been involved in many major maritime incidents around the globe, which resulted in substantial negative impacts on the local environment, (such as TREASURE /SEA EMPRESS / TASMAN SPIRIT / DON PEDRO / KOTA KADO / DEEP WATER HORIZON / OLIVA), where a lot of defensive actions by parties trying to distance themselves from the incident itself, resulted in substantial delays in presenting a suitable response. However, the response to the JIN TAI in reducing and minimizing the potential impact of a large quantity of pollutants being released into the aquatic environment.
