4.1VOLUMEEXERCISEPROPOSAL

Title:Mobileoftime(sixthgrade)-collectivemodels

Developing:Toworkexercisesfromtheplanetothevolume,integratingwithnature,the mobileactivityoftimeisproposed.

Studentsinlargegroups(classdividedinto3groups),mustchooseapaintingor drawingofalandscapewithsomeindicationoforogeny(orogenywillbeinvolume, preferablynotariverbutacliff).

Theymustidentifythetypeoforogenyproduced(examples:faults,volcanoes,mountains...) Afterthat,theymustmakeabasicmodelwithmodelingpasteorpapier-mâché,withthe mainshapes,saidmodelwillthenbedecorated.

Tomakethemobile,itwillbeintegrated(preferablybeforedrying)inapartofthemodel somesticksofthefieldorrodsetc...ofsaidstructurethatwillbemadewiththerods/sticks, bothgeometricshapesmadeofcoloredcardboard,aselementscollectedfromthefield.

Obtainingasaresultamobilewithabaseinspiredbytheformsofthegeographicalrelief withelementsofnature.

4.2PROPOSALSFORBOOKS/ARTICLESEACH CYCLE

Cycle1:

Preparationofamuseumorexhibition:

Objectsfromeverydaylifearebroughttoclass.Thestudentswillbeproposedtomakeamuseum,but theproblemoforderingtheobjectswillberaised,sothattheyappearclearlydistributedinthemuseum. Geometricallyspeaking,itwillbepossibletoestablishsomecriteria,whichwillbedecidedamongall;It canbe:thosethatroll,thosethatremainupright,thosewithedges,thosewithcorners...working,in addition,characteristicssuchastheexistenceofflatfaces,numberoffacesandtheirequalityornot, possibilityofstackingthem...

Afterthat,aDrawingoftheshapesoftheobjectsinthemuseumwillbemade,whichwillbepaintedanddecoratedto taste.

Itisintendedwiththis,thatthechildrenmakeanefforttorepresentonpaperthosegeometricqualities thathavebeenworkedonfromtheobjects,

Cutoutdifferentfiguresinvariousmaterials(cardboard,aluminum plates,paper,cardboard...).Compositionsoffigureswillbecreated inacollectivemuralontheclassroomfloor.Theedgesofthe templateswillbereviewedwithsoftwaxes,watercolors,temperas... ofdifferentcolorsandfinallytheywilltrytomakesculptureswith thefiguresobtainedfromthecompositions.Thatis,makethe figuresin3Dwiththe"templates"thatwehavecutout,basedon theoneswehavemadeonthemural.

Cycle3:

Asmallgeodesicdomewillbebuiltintheclassroom.Afterthat, therewillbeaProjectionofworksofart"withgeometry"by painterssuchasKandinsky,PicassoandMiró.Youwilllearnabout theauthorsandthentheirdifferentworkswillbeimitatedondina 3papersaccordingtotheholesinthegeodesicdome(itiscutto fit).aconnectiveexhibitionwillbemadeusingthedomeasa support.

Finally,ingroups,asculpturewillbemadewithbasicelements,based ontheworksofthedome(choosingtheonethatyoulikethemost) thatwillbeplacedinsidethedome.

Thebasicideasoftheactivitiesaretaken frombooks,butmodifiedbyme.
