Sponsor a seat in our stunning auditorium The riverside auditorium and performing arts centre will be the centrepiece of the redevelopment project at Yarm School. There will be an outstanding 750 seat auditorium, separate studio theatre for drama, dance studio and music performance suite. The auditorium will be the perfect venue for hosting the School’s excellent dramatic productions, as well as exceptional music concerts. It is where all major school events will take place. Seating for audiences of up to 750 has created the unique opportunity for parents, past and present pupils, and friends to mark their support of the development by sponsoring a seat for a suggested donation of £200.
Each seat will bear a plaque for ten years with an inscription which you can dedicate to yourself or a family member.
The official opening of the auditorium will be celebrated with a fantastic performing arts programme. If you sponsor a seat you will be invited to a complementary performance to sit in your seat. You will be informed by email. To sponsor a seat, please fill out the form on the adjacent page and return to Yarm School. By simply signing the gift aid declaration, any donation will be enhanced by an extra 25% at no extra cost to you, if you are a current UK tax payer.

Gift aid
If you are a UK tax payer you can increase the value of your gift by 25%, at no extra cost. You must pay an amount of Income tax and/or Capital Gains Tax for each tax year (6th April one year to 5th April the next) that is at least equal to the amount that Yarm School will reclaim on your gift for that tax year.
