YAYA In-store season guide This in-store guide for the YAYA Fall/Winter collection 2015 of delivery 1, 2 and 3 provides guidelines in-season on how to present the YAYA collection. Each delivery highlights a theme which contains key items and are illustrated and highlighted per delivery. These key items are part of our marketing campaigns. 1 I WOKE UP LIKE THIS Embrace comfort in a big way The idea behind this delivery was to show a new softness created out of a heightened understanding of what a woman feels good in. A basic piece you cannot miss this season is the draped “jogging” pants. Wear them together with a super soft singlet (with suede details ) and a straight long cardigan. It’s more like a super long cardigan coat and in winter you will have loads of opportunities to wear it.

KIMONO JACKET A kimono jacket made of a fine mix of 50% cotton and 45% linen. Linen is a very strong and sustainable material and gets better with age. In combination with the warm and soft cotton this is a favourite item to wear. • • • • •
CASHMERE SWEATER A comfortable pullover made from a fine mix of 95% cotton and 5% cashmere. Cashmere has an extremely soft and flexible quality, making it wonderful to wear. • • • •

COTTON BLOUSE The blouse is made of 100% pure cotton. This woven cotton feels very soft which makes it comfortable to wear and feels nice on your skin. • • • •

COCOON JACKET This jacket is made from a light wool mix of 38% polyester, 32% acrylic and 30% wool. The lining is 53% polyester en 46% viscose. Wool coats can be worn throughout the whole year on both warm and cold days. It has a classic look but can also be easily combined for that relaxed look. • • • •
I WOKE UP LIKE THIS T-SHIRT The jersey T-shirt is made of 100% pure cotton. Jersey cotton is one of the knitted cottons. It feels very soft, warm and comfortable, this will be your favourite tee. Jersey is a slightly thicker material, it is suitable for the colder days of the year. • • • •

BAGGY TROUSER These trousers are made of a soft viscose (80%), 14% wool and 6% elastane. Viscose feels very soft on the skin and has a luxurious look. Wool is comfortable to wear on both warm and cold days and is also very stretchy. Because it is combined with elastane, the trousers move with your body. • • • • • • •
5-pocket jeans These 5-pocket jeans are made of 98% cotton and 2% elastane. Due to the soft and stretchy material (elastane), the jeans keep their shape and at the same time remain comfortable to wear. • • • •

This VM guide will show you how to present the collection in a visually attractive and commercial way. Visual Merchandising is more than just making things look beautiful, it’s a sales tool which will generate better results in the end. SUCCESSFUL VISUAL MERCHANDISING IS: • the right product in the right place at the right time • “silent sales person” • uniformity, consistency & recognition VISUAL MERCHANDISING MEANS: • visually attractive window displays • strong entrance tables • commercially strong window displays • presenting the sets in a commercial way
When a retail environment makes “visual sense”, the customer will be automatically attracted to the area, enticed to come in, convinced to stay and shop and last but not least, is willing to buy!

WALL PRESENTATIONS The styling department creates collections by using themes and sets. This is the best way to sell the collection. Please try to present the collection as sets in your store as shown in the wall presentations. It makes it easier for the customer to shop when you present the collection in this way.
WALL PRESENTATIONS Always try to present a top at the beginning of the rail and a bottom piece at the end of the rail. Dress up front presentations, it is highly probable that the customer will buy the complete set if well presented.

TABLE PRESENTATIONS Tables are the best selling points in your store. Make theme tables and present the collection in sets. You have to make shopping as easy as possible for the customer. When a sales person is busy and cannot help a customer, the customer should be easily able to find the sets by herself. Also pay attention to details, let our photos guide you.

PROMO CARDS & KEY ITEMS It’s important to present the key items in an obvious spot in your store together with the key look cards. The key items are promoted online and in the press. When a customer has seen a key item somewhere online and sees the item again with a matching promo card she recognizes the item and will be more tempted to buy it.
MARKETING & WINDOW STYLES During the campaign, if possible, use the styles below in your shop window. You can add extra styles of your choice to these window items. We will be promoting these marketing styles using various marketing channels so it’s important that you also promote these styles in your shop and in the windows. 3 WOOL ME TENDER Knitwear, Knitwear where fore art thou? Fall and winter are prime YAYA seasons crying out for knitwear in all kinds of styles. Pencil skirts are very “on” this season and we love the great combinations of the high waisted ones with cropped tops. So we’ve created this super soft suede top to wear on top. Another statement piece this season is a cool oversized wool blend coat with a heavy blanket stripe. Accessorize with fine knitted scarves and matching beanies.

SUEDE TOP The front of the top is made of 100% Leather. The back is a melanged blend of 55% cotton and 45% viscose. The brushed leather has a soft velvety look and makes it feel very soft. Due to the combination with cotton and viscose, this top is very nice to wear, because of it’s breathable and durable qualities • • • • • •
A-line top Notch with a hook and eye closure at the back. Darts just below the bust Rough unfinished seams Back is slightly longer Falls to just under the hips
PENCIL SKIRT The pencil skirt is made of 36% acrylic, 30% wool, 11% linen, 20% polyamide and 3% elastane. Acrylic has a wool-like appearance. Wool, acrylic and linen are often blended together to improve wrinkle resistance and give the item other desirable qualities. • • • • •
MOHAIR CARDIGAN This cardigan is made of 34% wool, 34% mohair, 27% polyamide, 5% elastane. Mohair wool is a very beautiful, luxurious and durable material produced by angora goats. It is one of the warmest natural material known so this will be the perfect cardigan for cosy winter days. We were inspired by the cultural heritage of various world ethnic groups, historical periods and abstract art.
