Young Black Leadership Alliance We Build Leaders Executive Summary
2018
Our Mission
WE BUILD LEADERS WHO IMPACT THE WORLD Elementary School Reading Program
•
The mission of Young Black Leadership Alliance (YBLA) is to identify, educate and develop black men and women to have a positive impact in their community and beyond.
•
We accomplish this through: a focus on learning to lead within their Circle of Influence, pushing out into the community and world and developing other leaders; hands-on training and experience via local and global service projects; building relationships and social capital that allow us to train and support YBM/YBW leaders in high school, through college and into their professional careers. YBLA students are Leadership
Multipliers in the community!
