Patients on Active Chemotherapy
After discharge from A&E/inpatient wards, patients on active chemotherapy are required to visit our Oncology Clinic on the next working day.
1. The Oncology Clinic is available for consultation from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
2. Please bring this brochure along to your next clinic appointment.
3. For any urgent queries, please call the number that was given to you after your chemotherapy treatment from Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm.

What should I do if I feel unwell before my clinic appointment?
If you continue to experience any of these symptoms after discharge:
• Bleeding or inflammation/swelling of port site post-insertion;
• Fever;
• Discomfort at port site; please revisit the A&E.
Patients not on Active Chemotherapy
1. After your discharge, the hospital will book an appointment for you at the KTPH Oncology Outpatient Clinic (C50) for the Oncologist to review your condition.
