A family friend had one of the worst breakouts I have probably ever seen. In the folds of her arms and all around her mouth... MONTH 10 ULTIMATE FITNESS SUPPORT Here in New England we have been shoveling inordinate amounts of snow! MONTH 11Â Hey folks! I wanted to share a little about how YL oils have been helping me lately! About 3 1/2 months ago, I quit smoking after 20 years! I haven't used any patches, or E Cigs, or Vaping, I just put them down! I've not had very many cravings for a cigarette but when I do I use Black Pepper EO and it takes the craving away immediately! However, my main problem has been gaining weight! I have gained over 40 lbs since quitting! Food just should not taste this good! Lol! So a little over a week ago I started doing some research and I found what I'm calling the YL Trio weight loss. It consists of only 3 oils, and I'm sure you have them in your oil stash now. Lemon, Peppermint and Grapefruit. I put 4 drops of each oil into a capsule, and I have been taking 2 capsules a day for 7 days! I was getting discouraged, I was still hungry a lot, I hadn't changed my diet very much at all. I got on the scales this morning and guess what? I have lost 7 1/2 lbs ONLY taking those 2 capsules a day! This is the beginning of my weightloss journey, and I thought maybe it might help someone else too! -Kristin Sovine

What I have found that's working for me. I am drinking water with the Slique oil, lemon, grapefruit, citrus fresh or a combo of them. I take 2 Cortistop every morning. (Cortistop is 30days on then 2-4 week break before starting again) I drink Ningxia 2oz every morning. For breakfast I drink a Pure Protein Complete shake with almond milk (sometimes i'll switch it up with cashew milk). Then I take my daily Super B tablet. I eat a normal healthy lunch with 2 more oz of Ningxia and for dinner I'm drinking another Pure Protein Complete shake. (Sometimes I switch up dinner and lunch routine but Ningxia always at lunch) I snack on wolfberries or a chocolate Slique bar through the day, and I have lost 55lbs (have 45 more to go) and have not been hungry at all! I wasn't even exercising at all. Just the past couple of weeks I have added going to the gym. All YoungLiving goodness. If i can do it, you can do it too! --Angela Doyle
