Silver Sneakers Classic concentrates on improving strength and flexibility so daily living activities become easier. It's a fun way to stay in shape and increase social interaction Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support
SilverSneakers EnerChi
Silver Sneakers EnerChi introduces modified tai chi forms. Linking forms together in a guided flow increases strength and vitality In EnerChi you will teach participants the foundations of weight transfer and rhythmic movement along with awareness and focused breathing
SilverSneakers Yoga
Silver Sneakers Yoga will move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses Chair support is offered to safely performa variety of postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and a final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity.
Senior Splash
Senior Splash is a total body aqua-conditioning class that is held in our family pool It focuses on increasing agility, range of movement and cardiovascular conditioning No swimming ability is necessary Water shoes required, water bottle recommended Space is limited, must sign up for class
Zumba Gold
Zumba Gold is a modified Zumba class that recreates the original Zumba moves at a lower intensity Easy-to-follow choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination This class helps with cardiovascular health, muscular conditioning, flexibility and balance!

Circuit Class
Senior Circuit Class is a specialty class designed specifically for our active older adults, both male and female. This 45-minute workout will consist of alternating stations of weights and cardio including a warm-up, abs, specialty work on gait, agility and flexibility followed by cool down and stretching Any fitness level is welcome
