Children will learn life skills, create memories and form friendships through a variety of activities on 40 acres of fields and forests on the campus of Virginia Wesleyan College. Campers must present proof of physical examination, immunization and proof of identity (birth certificate) to attend camp. Camp Red Feather is a fully-licensed and accredited day camp program. Each year, our staff receive 35 to 40 hours of training that prepares them for the important job of being your child’s friend and guide. At Camp Red Feather, we believe the best way to teach morals and build character is by example. We’ll give your kids mentors they can look up to. Camp Red Feather welcomes many returning staff members each summer.
