WE CARE ABOUT OUR KIDS The health and safety of our campers and staff are of paramount importance. Our staff receive extensive training in camper safety, First Aid, CPR and emergency procedures. Each year, our staff receive 35 to 40 hours of training that prepares them for the important
job of being your child’s friend and guide. At Camp Arrowhead, we believe the best way to teach morals and build character is by example. We’ll give your kids mentors they can look up to. Camp Arrowhead welcomes many returning staff members each summer.

Children will learn life skills, create memories and form friendships through a variety of activities on our brand new site of 55 acres of fields and forests. This first-class facility includes:

The Y offers various summer camp opportunities for all ages. Drop-off and pickup is available at five convenient locations (see Transportation and Drop-off section). YMCA Camp Arrowhead is a fully-licensed day camp program. Campers must present the following to attend camp:

Ages: 5–12 Dates: June 17–August 30 Days of the Week: Monday–Friday Times: 6am–6pm One-Week option: $135 Members $185 Prospective Members All camp fees include healthy lunch and snack.
Two-Week session: $260 Members $360 Prospective Members All camp fees include healthy lunch and snack.
Counselor In Training (1-week sessions) CIT Camp teaches enthusiastic 13 to 15 year olds leadership skills and the fundamentals of working with children, including CPR and First Aid Training, Basic Child Development, licensed child care protocol, group management and group games for kids, to name a few. Once selected, each CIT spends part of his or her day in the classroom learning new skills and the rest of the day with a camp group working alongside a mentoring counselor. $65 Members $90 Prospective Members All camp fees include healthy lunch and snack.
STAYING ACTIVE YMCA Camp Arrowhead is all about discovery and outdoor fun. Kids have the opportunity to explore nature, find new talents, try new activities like archery, or climbing the Alpine Tower, gain independence and make lasting memories through participation in crafts, swimming, sports and more. And of course, it’s fun too. Kids become a community as they learn both how to be more independent and how to contribute to a group as they engage in physical, social and educational activities. Our activities include:
