You will be guided, through simple Yoga poses, into being aware of your breath. YogaTapas ~ A New Kind of Full-Body Workout ~ With Robyn Ellingson.
YogaTapas is 20 minutes of cardio, 20 minutes of core and strength and 20 minutes of stretching. YogaTapas came out of Robyn’s private yoga clients’ needs. They wanted more intensity, but they didn’t yet have the flexibility or advanced asana skills to do that safely. It’s a fun, intense workout using the principles of asana, along with Kundalini-inspired cardio, pilates core and functional strength training - all to fabulous music. YogaTapas will challenge all bodies. Come and try it for yourself!

Happy Hips invites openness and strength into your hips with an emphasis on alignment. We will encourage the body to let go of common compensatory movement patterns and build stronger neuro pathways to help improve length and strength of 11:30 - 12:30pm muscles. Resulting in a decrease of pain and enhanced function. I invite you to try this class, a welcoming space that you can let your guard down and simply just be. Suitable for all levels.

Students are invited to come to class prepared to laugh, breathe, stretch, chill, cooperate, communicate and connect with others in this collaborative approach to yoga & play! Classes include individual, partner and group or “mandala” yoga, creative dance, expressive arts, yoga, breath and meditation games.
