HEARTMATH® THE FOUR DOMAINS

T

BY KENT WATSON

he HeartMath program delivers effective skills to respond dynamically to stress and emotional challenge. Simple breathing techniques build heart resilience and coherence. These skills balance the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual domains. We are spiritual energetic beings living in the physical domain. The body is surrounded, outwardly like onion rings, by our emotional, mental. and spiritual domains respectively. These four energy fields intermesh and influence one another.

Feelings and emotions reside in the emotional domain. Depleting (negative) emotions rumble like thunderstorms in the emotional ring. Signals coming from the heart to the brain influence the activity and function of higher brain centers involved in perception, cognitive and emotional processing and can inhibit or facilitate the way our brain operates. Inhibiting brain function can create incoherent mental chaos. Renewing (positive) emotions permit coherent heart signals to pass through to the higher perceptual centers of the brain. This stills the chaos and we are able to think more clearly.

Thought, housed in the mental domain, is where ideas, creativity, beliefs, and perceived truths (guiding mythologies) are processed. Thought provides choice in how to live in each domain, especially the emotional. We may choose to wallow in suffering sustained by depleting energy and stress creating emotions. This creates physical illness. We can choose to live in joy in energetic health renewing emotions that allows access our true self through our spiritual domain.

The spiritual domain, the seat of our heart and soul, connects us to intuition and our higher consciousness. The four domains are balanced when we live through the heart and not the ego. The ego, if left unchecked, rolls at random around the mental ring like a loose cannon firing in all directions. This creates the emotional domain tornadoes that block the sunlight access to our spiritual domain.

Your heart is the center. HeartMath tools build a coherent, resilient heart, that seeks to reach your spiritual domain through stress-free physical, cannon-silenced mental and thunderstorm-clear emotional domains. Goodbye Fear

Hello Faith BY DEANNA DEACON

Committing to living a healthy, natural & holistic lifestyle is actually committing to complete faith & trust in yourself.

You’ll know what I mean if you’ve ever had thoughts of; “what if I try this diet and fail?” “what if I buy this yoga pass and barely ever go?” “what if I download that meditation app AGAIN and STILL don’t follow through?” “what if I leave this toxic relationship and can’t make it on my own?”

These are all common scenarios we run through our minds before we make a change that we KNOW is going to deeply impact our lives. Fear steps in when we are on the brink of something big, bold and beautiful. Which is why we need to acknowledge that living a life true to our authentic wellbeing is more than simply eating our vegetables and getting enough sleep. Holistic Living is an all encompassing faith in oneself. Sound intimidating? It doesn’t have to be!!

Here are some very simple things you can do daily to break through the Fear barrier holding you back from living and feeling well. 1. Mirror Work - spend 1-5 minutes each day in front of your mirror, looking yourself in the eyes and speaking loving, beautiful truths to yourself

2. Intuitive Decision Making - instead of relying on your mind to make your decisions, make space for your intuitive guidance to step in. My favourite place to do this is in front of the fridge. Before I bring things out to cook a meal, I stand with the fridge open, observing the foods available and ask for intuitive guidance as to what my body needs (this way I get more fats when I need it, proteins when I need it and food never seems boring) 3. Energy Release - When we have un-released energy in our bodies we feel heavy, stagnant and breed thoughts of self doubt and mistrust. By regularly releasing this energy through fitness and breath work we free our bodies up for full functioning faith in ourselves Deanna Deacon is a Holistic Health Coach and Founder of Soulful Sisterhood. S

GET YOUR BEAUTY SLEEP BY DR. TARA DRUMMOND, ND

leep is one of the most important things that we can do for our health. It is during restful sleep that our bodies heal and repair. Poor sleep quality is linked to cognitive deficiencies and chronic health conditions. Reflect on your sleep hygiene and follow the tips below to promote physical health, improve brain function, regulate metabolism and heighten emotional wellbeing.

1) EXERCISE REGULARLY TO RELIEVE STRESS • Include strenuous exercise in the morning • Add gentle movement into your daily routine (consider walking, yoga, swimming or stretching)

2) AVOID STIMULANTS AFTER 11:00AM • Stimulants such as coffee, black tea and pop increase cortisol levels and interfere with your body’s natural circadian rhythm* • Avoid alcohol before bed; it may help to fall asleep but will cause a lighter sleep and waking throughout the night

3) GO TO BED BEFORE 11:00PM • Have a sleep schedule – go to bed and wake at the same time, even on weekends to regulate your circadian rhythm

4) HAVE A BEDTIME RITUAL • Start your bedtime ritual half an hour before you are going to go to sleep • Practice deep, slow and conscious breathing to relax your body • Reflect on the parts of your day that brought joy, practice gratitude • Avoid fluorescent lights and television during this time because they will inhibit the release of melatonin, a natural occurring hormone needed for sleep 5) KEEP THE ROOM COOL AND DARK • Melatonin is released in a dark environment • Body temperature drops during deep sleep; a cool room can facilitate this

*Circadian rhythm is a normal 24-hour body cycle that is regulated by hormones in a response to light and dark Dr. Tara Drummond is passionate about wellness and has a general family practice as a Naturopathic Doctor at Thompson Rivers Chiropractic Clinic in downtown Kamloops. The Power Of Positive Stress

W

BY JANICE OTREMBA

e generally experience stress as being either good or bad. Good stress (eustress) doesn’t necessarily conjure negative feelings but can still impact you and cause burn out. Bad stress (distress) is usually associated with a negative event or something we dislike. External stresses are usually ones we can change or control to some degree--either by physically leaving a place or by learning to accept or manage things we don’t really like--such as big crowds or lots of noise.

But good stress can be exciting and push us to do our best and reach our peak potential. It helps us stretch our comfort zone and be our best.

But when there’s a prolonged period of tight deadlines, heavy workload and schedule, or juggling too many things for too long… it’s no longer a positive (eustress) and moves into the negative (distress). That’s because prolonged exposure to adrenalin and or the “fight or flight” response which is activated under fear excitement or pressure, can be detrimental.

The trick is to moderate the positive stress and pressure by sprinkling in doses of good time management and goal setting, proper sleep, exercise, nutrition and self-care and making time for friends and family. Confidence in your ability to handle stress and the feeling of having control over the stressor also lessens the impact and the negative response to stress.

My recommendation? ● Identify what you have control over - this is harder than it sounds and may require getting real with yourself and battling some negative internal thoughts. ● Decide what you can roll with - are there things you spend a disproportionate amount of time worrying about in relation to their actual importance to you? ● Find you - what excites you and pushes you to grow? Add dashes of healthy balance to moderate the adaptive stress.

Ayurveda: Longevity and Essence

P

BY TANYA THOMPSON

rana, tejas and ojas are subtle essences within the body that correspond to thefunctioning of the three doshas: vata, pitta and kapha. Vata is the unstable form of prana, pitta is the reactive form of tejas and kapha is the ‘inert’ dead form of ojas. To nurture longevity on a deeper level it’s necessary to balance prana, tejas and ojas. Dr. Robert Svoboda states: “Prana is the life force that strings body, mind and spirit together like beads on a strand of breath. Tejas burns windows into the barriers that exist between the body, mind and spirit, permitting them to communicate and influence one an another in spite of their differing places of existence. Ojas is the subtle glue that cements the body, mind and spirit together, integrating them into a functioning individual.” At peak functioning, the three doshas are produced in quantities just sufficient to meet physical needs. When out of balance the doshas are over or under produced which impacts the body’s vitality, adaptability and immunity. Nutrition begins when the first juices are extracted from food and through a special fire converted into rasa. Rasa is seen as chyle or plasma in the physical body and as the juiciness of life. Dr. Svoboda states: “Rasa is the foundation and ojas is the apex of the body’s nutrition pyramid.” Ojas (soma) is the key to good digestion and essential to good health. It’s responsible for the immune system, mental intelligence and on a psychological level; compassion, love, peace and creativity. Ojas is depleted by excessive sexual activity, worry, over extension, stress, devitalized food, misaligned environments and lifestyle. Ojas is replenished by foods like milk, ghee and almonds. Herbs that support ojas: ashwagandha, shatavari and guduchi. Spiritual practices include pranayama, and meditation. Live well and embrace life.

Your AMAZING Body and You BY CATHY LIDSTER Do you identify yourself as and by your body?

Close your eyes for a moment and sense the outside edges of your body. Now close your eyes again and sense the outside edges of YOU, the Being, not the body.

Your body is a sensate organism with innate intelligence designed to perceive energy. It is constantly giving you information.

Take a moment again and sense contraction. Much of the pain people experience comes from contracted or restricted energy. Now sense expansion. Can you perceive the difference? Which state is more familiar? Which do you prefer?

When you are in a contracted state, your reality is finite and limited. When you are in the sense of expansion you are living in the state of infinite possibilities.

Did you notice that you achieved these two states of being simply by choice? You can choose to live in the awareness of the expanded you, or you could choose to live in the state of contraction. Your body is willing and ready to do what you choose and has no judgement of your choice.

Conversely, the beliefs and judgements you have about your body are sensed and responded to as though by request. Your body will deliver what it perceives is your wish. If you judge your body as too fat, skinny, clumsy, unhealthy, or limited in any way, it will become that which you believe.

Instead of judging your body, why not show appreciation for the gift it truly is?

Cover your face gently in your hands. Feel your face receiving your touch and thank your body for always being willing to put up with whatever you demand from it. Ask “Body what would you like to look like? Feel like? Eat? Do?” Do this as a daily practice.

There are many ways you can communicate with our body just as there are many ways it communicates with you. As you practice the art of appreciating your body, don’t be surprised if amazing benefits come your way. Cathy Lidster is a local and international Health Practitioner. She works with the body’s energy to help people overcome health and emotional challenges, and learn to live in the space of possibilities. 250-819-9041 cathylidster@gmail.com www.cathylidster.com Fall 2017 | www.InteriorWellness.com 7

Listen to your music! BY SERGE MAZERAND The healing power of music is undeniable and music is increasingly used as an alternative therapeutic modality. But why is it so effective?

Simply because we are made of music! Music is sound: Vibrations, frequencies, amplitudes, waves and rhythms. All of this is indeed what we are also made of. Our cells and therefore our organs function with their own very precise frequencies. Our bodies are orchestras that count trillions of musician-cells. These cells themselves, orchestrate the dance of life with receptors and effectors, processing and regulating the “information” that comes from our inner and outer stages (our internal and external environments). Various biological systems within us conduct a subtle internal symphony called homeostasis.

German poet, Novalis, wrote that every disease is a musical problem and its cure a musical solution. Hardly an exaggeration, I would think. I would, however, replace the word “cure” with “healing”. Healing is about reharmonizing energies and rhythms that are not working in synchrony anymore. Our thoughts, emotions, words and actions are energy. They carry vibrations with their own frequencies and therefore they affect our cells’ vibrational patterns. When we create lingering dissonance in our internal music, dis-ease sets in.

This is why anxiety proves so disruptive to the body’s orchestra. Every thought, every emotion based on fear sends shock waves through the ensemble and causes a number of players to slide out of tune. If this is not dealt with in time, the symphony becomes a cacophony – which again, means illness versus wellness. There is no separation, everything is incredibly connected in holistic fashion through a web of subtle fields.

To stay well and healthy, let us attune and listen to the subtle music that plays within. Let us be the composers and conductors of our lives and create a beautiful harmonious symphony. PROTECTING YOUR BABy’s GROWTH AND DEVELOPEMENT BY DR. FATMA MOHAMMAD FACT: there are more than 80,000 harmful synthetic ingredients used in baby products in North America which are imposing serious know and unknown damage to our babies growth and development

According to a 2006 study from the Center of the Developing Child at Harvard University in Cambridge, MA, some toxic chemicals can interfere with the natural function of genes, proteins and other small molecules in the brain.

Phenoxyethanol: A neurotoxin and its Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) states that it can cause skin and lung irritation. Its toxic effects can occur through inhalation, skin exposure, and ingestion. Ethylhexylglycerin: Skin irritant, even at low concentrations. a vegetable oil gone through several chemical processes making the label ‘natural preservative’ proven to cause dermatitis and eye irritation to babies with sensitive skin..

Benzyl Alcohol: Claimed natural but the synthetic version is widely used. A 1998 study found it “can instigate immune system response that can include itching, burning, scaling, hives, and blistering of skin”. Its Material Data Safety Sheet (MSDS) notes it is a skin irritant, with prolonged exposure causing contact dermatitis, redness, pain, eye irritations and warns it may be toxic to the liver and central nervous system.

Mineral oil is a by-product of refining crude oil to make gasoline, same as Petrolatum, Vaseline & Petroleum jelly. All known to impair body thermal regulations and other functions of the skin. Disturbing the hormonal balance. Also dangerous around nostrils causing pneumonitis, inflammation of lung tissue due to contaminants and irritating foreign matter.

Another dangerous category of harmful ingredients are so called natural and organics that are chemically processed by combining synthetic molecules with naturalingredients such as: sodium benzoate, vitamin E, grapefruit seed oil, zinc oxide, polysorbates, serbians, stearates (magnesium stearate, sorbitan monostearate), silver ( silver citrate, colloidal silver). Health is the most valuable asset you have in life; worth all extra efforts protecting it”. Dr. Fatma Mohammad, PhD. Microbiology (UK), BSc. Botany & Chemistry (Kuwait), Environmental Studies (USA)

Powerful Words

W

BY MAIRI BUDREAU

hat we tell ourselves all day long is what we

become. How do the words we hear affect us? We

experience responses caused by the meaning of

words, the energy from who said them and the intention. Energy, intention and meaning are all intertwined in the sound of words. The sounds are waves of energy affecting

the energy in us on the physical, emotional, and spiritual planes.

In a comment like, “I’m dying to see that movie,” we know what we really mean, but our body responds to “I am dying.” Fortunately the body doesn’t pop off the planet that easily,

but repetition of words have cumulative effects that build or weaken the beautiful vessel we live in and even skew perceptions about the world around us. Through repetition, the body manifests inside and outside what we focus on.

I was once full of anxiety from daily focus on my fears. My thoughts were out of control, and what I feared appeared

most everywhere. Through meditation, replacing my

thoughts, being in nature and eating organic foods, the anxiety dissolved. I never thought those fears would leave

me, but they’re gone. Body, mind, and spirit energy aligned with fresh living energy.

Choosing what we tell ourselves and listen to is powerful.

Doctors, parents, teachers, spouses and media all give

opinions that we can choose to accept or not. Review the words you tell yourself, are they yours or from outside? Do

they empower or harm? Use your intuition to weed out false beliefs, then choose again.

I’m still a work in progress. It takes time to rewrite inner thoughts, but persistence gets results and you are so worth

the effort. All answers are within - enjoy the beauty of your mind and the power of your soul.

“Silence is a source of Great Strength.” ~ Lao Tzu

H

BY MARGARET HUFF

ow are you feeling about the noise level in your life? Periodically, a film is screened by TRU Sustainablility office's “Films for Change.” This fall, a film called In Pursuit of Silence is showing at the TRU Alumni theatre.

While I'm not certain that the world is necessarily getting louder, the truly quiet places are definitely getting fewer and farther between. For greater numbers of people, the technological culture that has infiltrated almost every facet of our existence adds insult to injury: notification sounds, multiple tabs, instant access to the world wide web and intrusive advertising pull at our attention constantly, urging engagement and response. Set against the regular human-made noise of a city, our inner and outer environments often feel chock-full of conflicting sounds and chatter, leaving no room for a quiet thought or silent reflection. Studies are showing how constant vigilance to the demands of technology fragments our minds, decreases depth of learning, increases anxiety, and contributes to disease. I doubt I'm alone in noticing, increasingly, a craving for and seeking out places and times for quiet stillness in my life. These are topics that the film, In Pursuit of Silence addresses. The film's director, Patrick Shen, has created a documentary that delves into the world of noise, sound, quiet, what silence renders, and the effects of not having enough of it in our lives. We've all heard the expression, “silence is golden.” This film promises to shed light on how quiet stillness is fast becoming like precious metal, one that we crave and actually need, regularly, in our lives. Sponsored by Films for Change, The Yoga Loft, The Mind-Body

Connection, Shambhala Meditation Kamloops and Interior Wellness, the film will be screened Wednesday, November 29, at the TRU Alumni

(clocktower) Theatre at 7pm. Doors open 6:30. carole-eh@shaw.ca

Pump Up The Volume

BY FRAN BANTING

Ever have it where you hear a song you love, you go to increase the volume, but the person beside you asks you to turn it down? Something in that music moved you internally and made you want to get up and dance but to the other person it was annoying and they wanted it off completely. We all resonate differently to various types of music. We also have different goals and visions. What moves and excites one person may repel and offend another. We are all blockbuster movies just waiting to be released. As we move towards our goals and our vision we get more energized and start vibrating at a higher level, playing our own unique soundtrack! Just like music, those that like our sound are attracted to us but those that don’t will cover their ears. When you change who you are and move towards something new, the people closest to you may not be ready for change. They are used to your current sound or vibration. They cannot resonate with what your vision is and they may ask you, even demand you to turn your music down. At this point many of us turn down our music, or even worse turn it right off. We convince ourselves that it was a bad sound, a bad idea. You are not the one that needs to turn down the volume! You need to pump up the volume! The goals and desires you hold inside of you need to be played. It’s your job to let others hear it! There are people right now waiting for your unique sound. So go ahead! Pump up the volume. And for those that don’t like your sound, it’s not your concern. That’s their issue. They can always get earplugs!! Fran Banting is a Leadership and Performance Consultant

A Mental Step Back

W

BY KRIS RAE hen life gets a little hectic or you notice you

don't feel right about how things are going,

it's time for a mental step back. Think of it

this way - You are traveling on a current path in life and

maybe you feel the direction is off. A gut feeling that you aren't content with your trajectory. Stress,

overwhelm, and anger are all indicators you may be off

track. Anxiety, as well, is a strong sign that you need a moment!

A mental step back is as easy as the following: Close your eyes and take a nice deep breath. Hold the

breath in for a moment or two. Then very slowly, let it

out. Aim to lengthen your breath by breathing out slower than you breathed in. Combine this with using

your imagination, your thoughts and inner vision. Imagine you are taking pause or stepping back from

your current situation. See in your mind that you have

gently backed off from where you were. Try seeing a fork in the road, a helm of a ship or other imagery

giving you choices to move forward in other directions. Keep breathing calmly and deeply. When ready, change

your path, even slightly. Know that even the smallest change in direction is a different path altogether!

You can also use this technique with eyes open. The

deep breaths plus the thoughts of stepping back and

gaining perspective. Then, when calmer, continue with

your day! The deep breaths that progressively get

longer, relax your body and mind. Allowing for clearer, calmer thinking.

3 Ways to Manifest Your Deepest Desires

W

BY NICOLE ARACKI

hen it comes to manifesting what you want in your

life, there are a few steps you need to undertake to allow for success. Manifesting your desires is

a super simple process that can be a lot of fun!

ACCEPT YOUR BRILLIANCE

Marianne Williamson says "Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful

beyond measure. We are all meant to shine, as children do."

When we allow our own light to shine brightly, we give others

permission to do the same. We perpetuate a feeling of

community, love and acceptance - when we first find that

acceptance within ourselves.

Acceptance of your brilliance is the first step in manifesting

because you need to believe you are worthy to receive.

Believe that you are worthy of all that life has to offer, and you will set bigger and brighter goals!

VISION BOARD

Knowing what you want is sometimes the most difficult part of the process. Taking time to meditate and to ask yourself what you truly desire is time well spent. Creating a vision

board helps you to get crystal clear on what it is that you

really want - and is a constant reminder when you hang it in

a place where you'll see it every day. Use pictures, drawings,

and bold words to create a poster that lights you up when you look at it.

MAKE PLANS

This is a crucial part of the process. You absolutely must set some measurable goals so that you can realize when your

desires have manifested. Many of us do not set goals simply

because we are terrified to fail. Don't fall into that trap. Take these easy steps to manifest your desires today. Nicole Aracki is an experienced yoga teacher, Reiki Master and visionary. She can be reached at 250 255-5512, email star4nic@shaw.ca www.nicolearacki.com

3 Transformational Steps to Go From Overwhelmed to Overjoyed BY TRACY MUNSON

Have you ever felt lost? Consumed with guilt? Felt like you have no time? Maybe you feel this way now? Here are 3 transformational steps for you to use to assist you to explore and create the balance that works for you, so that all other life aspects and challenges become easy to manage and overcome. 1. BE GENTLE ON YOURSELF & DO YOUR BEST It’s easy to feel self-doubt in a world filled with critics, however, your only real critic is yourself. You will have good and bad days; there’s no doubt about it. The bad days just become easier to deal with as you practice. Allow yourself to be a work in progress; to learn and grow from your mistakes, discover and move forward. In hard times, it can be easy to become blocked from seeing the good, the praise, the appreciation and only see the negative. Whatever you focus on will show up in abundance. 2. CELEBRATE YOUR DAILY ACCOMPLISHMENTS Celebrate even the smallest of successes. Write those celebration moments down right after they happen, have that list going all day and reflect on it right before bed. 3. HONOUR YOURSELF WITH TIME FOR YOU DAILY Each day, give yourself the gift of doing something you like, something you are passionate about and love. Set aside fifteen minutes minimum every day for just you, to review your celebration journal, to meditate, to read or to just be. By using these 3 steps, you will receive greater selfawareness and well-being, you will be able to progress forward with ease and joy in your daily life. You will easily be able to release stress, acknowledge overwhelmed and create the balance that works for you. INNER WISDOM

W

BY MARILYN PUFF

e are extremely complex beings, physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Our body/mind inherently knows how to heal, to grow, to feel good, to make sense of life. That balance gets disturbed by our choices and by difficult, often traumatic life circumstances. We strive to “know” the answers of what to feed our body, how to heal and feel better or what we are here to do in this life. There are as many “right” answers as there are people on the planet. Each of us has our own answers, only you can know what's truly right for you. We know what's right for us by how we feel. The blood pressure test might give us answers, but when we are more sensitive to our body, to our emotions, to our thoughts and our peace of mind or spiritual nature and always default to compassion for ourselves and others, we will know when we are in balance or not. We have so many beautiful ways to attain connection to our inner wisdom. Meditation is a huge doorway. The sensitivity, intentional awareness and slowing down of the mind can be attained from intense athletic pursuits to yoga-like activities, art and handcrafting, sedentary focussing or walking in nature. Personal growth experiences also heal emotional wounds, give insight and direction from your inner wisdom, so you don't have to re-create the pain that is a call for healing. My constantly changing emotions, my body talking and the quieting of my mind give me spiritual insight and are my doorways to knowing. Sometimes it takes an angry, dark night of the soul, a deep loss that brings tears, pulling an inspirational card or a baby's laugh to reset my sails, and to put me back on the path. Our inner wisdom is always there, speaking to us, waiting for us to feel and to listen.

Marilyn Puff lives in Kamloops and is founder of the first annual Sacred Moon Emergence Festival for Women. Happily married to Bob, she loves being a mother, stepmother, grandmother, auntie and elder in training. Marilyn has been in the field of creative inner transformation and ceremony for over 30 years. 250-320-1993 www.SacredMoonEmergence.ca FB: @sacredmoonemergence Join Marilyn Puff at the Interior Wellness Festival, October 20-22

Moving Beyond Limiting Beliefs

A

BY TANIA NIEDBALA common belief many innocent children were conditioned by and carry into adulthood is a sense that they are unworthy, unlovable, unacceptable and not intelligent. This leads to a lack of self esteem which further separates one from trusting and expressing their own feelings. It seems that this hypnotic conditioning continues into adulthood and encourages people to give their power away and lose their unique voice. These beliefs and limiting thoughts create stories that keep us stuck and suffering. Today, lets explore what beliefs you are carrying that no longer serve you. First ask yourself and write down one limiting thought, for example “I am unworthy of happiness”. Then close your eyes, place your hand on your heart and ask yourself this simple question “Is this true?”

As you explore, honestly inquire if you feel that thought is 100% accurate. You may find many of these thoughts are not truly accurate and you can clearly observe the incoherent sensation within your body detecting it is not a truth.

Write down how believing that thought distorts your reactions, feelings, emotions and therefore how you perceive yourself. How does this sabotage yourself and your relationships? Upon reflection you may observe that believing that thought triggers unnecessary fear and panic within you. How does this thought define your life? Imagine if you did not believe that thought. How would you react, feel and treat yourself ? Visualize who you would be without that thought.

Do you choose to continue your life with conditioned limiting thoughts or does it feel empowering to redefine them?

Write down the opposite of that limiting thought. Allow yourself the opportunity to experience how you would react, feel and perceive yourself within this new belief. Write down three genuine thoughts to support your new empowering belief. The habit of observing yourself without judgement brings light to the darkness within, and to personal awareness and truth.
