Expérience au sein du Cabinet Koia Architects à Queenstown, NouvelleZélande. Koia Architects est un bureau d’architecture basé en partie a Auckland et en Partie à Queenstown. Il s’agit d’un bureau composé de 3 personnes, gérant des projets variés à majorité individuels. Park Avenue est un projet de réalisation d’auberge de jeunesse au centre ville d’Auckland. Il s’agit d’un projet s’inscrivant sur 4 étages, le rez-de-chaussée étant légèrement enterré. L’accès se fait sous les bâtiments existant sur la parcelle qui sont également une partie de l’auberge existante. Nous avons donc organisé une entrée en demi niveau qui permet de rejoindre les espaces à vocation commune au rez de chaussée et les chambres privatives dans les étages.

Tutanekai est un projet de réhabilitation, extension, surélévation et déplacement d’une maison en bois de type bungalow a Auckland. La maison existante est constituée d’un premier étage accessible depuis la route posé sur un soubassement intégré dans un terrain en pente. Le projet consiste à surélevé le premier étage tout en décaissant le sous-sol afin de le transformé en second étage d’habitation. La maison sera également déplacé de quelques mètres sur la parcelle afin de la dotée d’un garage suffisant.

STRANGE-PARKINSON Il s’agit d’un projet de maison individuelle dans une zone idyllique de la Nouvelle-Zélande, Queenstown.
