The gift of giving

What is it they say? Giving a gift is almost nicer than receiving one! That’s the motto I’ve used for all the packaging, handmade gift ideas and birthday greetings for your loved ones that you will find on the next few pages.

It goes without saying that the type of packaging depends upon the gift you wish to wrap. My favourite part is putting myself in the shoes of whoever’s birthday it is. What I mean is: what colors do they like best? How can I surprise them? Is there an inside joke, a memory, a word, a nickname or a quote that connects us and our friendship? All of these are just food for thought – I’m sure you’ll come up with something really special and individual for each and every one of your friends and loved ones!

Birthdays are always special days, and in the end even the most hardnosed birthday-grouch will be happy to get a handmade package and gift! Guaranteed.
