HIIT Fitness

High and Low Intensity Interval Training with cardio warm-up, abs and core workout, followed by stretch and refresh to cool down.

20-20-20 for Weight Loss

20 minutes periods of aerobic/cardio, Strength training, and stretching for flexibilty, with a focus on aiding weight loss.

Move Better, Keep Well

Exclusive to York Learning, a combination of Somatic movement, Yoga and the principles of the Alexander Technique to help you reclaim movement in your body, release pain and become more active again.

Silver Dancercise

Aimed at those a little older or less mobile. Dancercise is a fun way to get fit. Whatever your age or ability, have an exciting time with great music you can sing along to... you can even take part seated!

I look forward to doing the course again next term.

I am not stressing about work and after it I am often moving more freely!
