apprenticeship? Our Routes 2 Success Programme could be just what you are looking for. This is a small supportive full-time programme delivered across 44 weeks. It is aimed at building up personal and academic skills, helping to support the transition onto further education, training or work.

HG secured a 3 month traineeship with a local hair salon, which she loved. She has started her Maths and English Functional skills. She has since progressed into an apprenticeship at the same hair salon and is doing well! KM was invited for an interview with Portakabin for an admin role. I am very pleased to say she was successful!

Are you feeling low in confidence, anxious or isolated?

Our projects offer longer term one-to-one mentoring to support you overcome barriers, improve your wellbeing, access education and training and support you to job search to gain employment.

Support is currently provided remotely via: Zoom, Skype, telephone, text and email.
