Routes 2 Success ARE YOU THINKING ABOUT YOUR OPTIONS AFTER YEAR 11? Not sure if you are ready for the move on to college or an apprenticeship? Our Routes 2 Success Programme could be just
what you are looking for. This is a small supportive full-time programme delivered across 44 weeks. It is aimed at building up personal and academic skills, helping to support the transition onto further education, training or work. We are located close to the city centre with easy access to local bus routes. HG secured a 3 month traineeship with a local hair salon, which she loved. She has started her Maths and English Functional skills. She has since progressed into an apprenticeship at the same hair salon and is doing well!
KM was invited for an interview with Portakabin for an admin role. I am very pleased to say she was successful!
