hanwei provides all of our clients with a wide range of frp pipe systems services including product selection and specification, engineering and r&d, pipe layout and plan design appropriate to the use, applications, temperature, pressure, and specific local conditions.

we have a dedicated, industry leading, technical engineering and r&d team with over 50 experts engaged in frp pipe system solutions. our frp pipe technologies have been awarded more than 25 patents and have been granted: api 15hr and api 15Lr product standard Certifications; api speC q1; iso/ts 29001; iso 9001:2008 quality Management system Certifications; iso14001:2004 environmental Management system Certification.

we provide a variety of value added services to support system specifications, installation and training, maintenance and operations requirements in a manner that maximizes the commercial benefits to our clients to form a long term, responsive and trusted relationship.

1. pre-tender services and specifications: hanwei engineers can work directly with epC and end user technical teams to develop specific solutions to maximize performance and minimize costs.

2.Contract submissions: we can provide timely and accurate contract submission preparation for definitive tender, specification, performance, training and warranty requirements. we can support epC’s with added-value recommendations over others that can provide end users with superior performance at lower cost that they may not be previously aware of.

3. fabrication: with the largest frp production capacity in all of asia we can vary our production runs and operate 24 hours per day to fully support delivery requirements for all installations.

4. installation: we provide our engineers and site technicians to provide training, guidance and installation supervision to fully support our client’s construction and installation teams. our experience allows us to provide sound recommendations to minimize installation conflicts and co-ordinate with the needs of wider system integration requirements.

5. operations: during system operations we provide ongoing liaison with our clients to ensure continuous satisfaction with our systems and dialogue to assist in ongoing needs and requirements.

6.Custom solutions: with hanwei’s substantial depth of engineering and r&d experience we are often called upon to design and fabricate custom installations that solve and alleviate specific in situ performance, maintenance, down time issues

7. repairs and replacements: Given our engineering and plant capacity we are able to respond immediately to any client issues either in repair or replacement items with existing or custom applications.
