Vegan Ranch Dressing

Serves 16

12 oz. (340g) silken tofu

2 tbsp. water

2 tbsp. olive oil

2 garlic cloves

1 tsp. onion powder

1 tsp. salt

1 ½ tbsp. apple cider vinegar

1 tbsp. nutritional yeast

1 tsp. dried oregano

What you need to do

Place all the ingredients into a blender and blitz a few times. Scrape down sides as necessary, and blend again until creamy and smooth.

Pour the ranch dressing into a jar with a lid and store in the refrigerator for up to 10 days.

This recipe makes around 1 cup of dressing, 16 tablespoons.
