Editors Noticeboard Dear Reader Easter is fast approaching and with it the promise of eating hot cross buns and lots of chocolate – maybe way too much chocolate! The problem is, at our house the Easter Bunny leaves a bucket load of eggs for our children’s Easter egg hunt and then the kids manage to accumulate more chocolate eggs from family and friends. So we are still eating Easter Eggs in July. This year to help solve this problem, I will be requesting non edible gifts for my children! Of course the best thing about Easter is time off with the kids over the school holidays and with this issue in hand, you will have no problem keeping them entertained. Yarra Plenty Regional Library School Holiday Program (p 25), our Easter Kid’s Corner (p 28) and what’s on in Banyule & Nillumbik (p 29). Yes, it’s all covered, now relax and go and have a cracking Easter. Congratulations Jasmine, aged 7 from Wattle Glen! You are the lucky winner of our March Kids Corner colouring in competition.
