Editors Noticeboard Dear Reader Spring is in the air! We can officially wave goodbye to the winter blues and welcome the beginning of warmer days. For me, spring is about getting back outdoors and enjoying some weekend getaways with my family. It is also the perfect time to get rid of those nasty weeds from winter, to make way for some fragrance and colour in the garden! September is a busy month – at the beginning we celebrate our much loved dads on Father’s Day and towards the end, another term concludes and school holidays commence. Make sure you don’t miss the Wellness Walk 2014 and Ivanhoe Street Party on Sunday 28 September. Help raise much needed funds for the Olivia Newton-John Cancer & Wellness Centre at Austin Health. There will be live entertainment and activities throughout the day with a street party at the Ivanhoe Shopping Centre precinct. Turn to page 3 for more information.
