Tooradin Foreshore Reserve Playground Casey Council Tooradin. A local piece of paradise. Always busy, and always a whole lot of fun, the Tooradin Foreshore Playground has amazing equipment, paths, BBQ's, views, toilets and water views. Enjoy! There's also the boat ramp and heaps of parking. Within a easy flat walk too - there's local cafés, a bakery and icecream shop, pub, resturants, fish and chips and the IGA. For bargain hunters too – there's a fantastic market, a secondhand shop, and other quaint shops. Weekdays or weekends, we can happily spend a few quiet hours enjoying the town. Highly recommend a trip there to all! inspiration after the outdoor play!

Variable Home Loan With a variable rate home loan, the amount of interest you pay may go up or down in response to changes in interest rates. This can be a good thing if interest rates go down, as the interest you pay will be less and repayments will decrease. Another positive is that you can often make extra repayments on a variable home loan, which may help you to pay off your home loan sooner and save more interest over the term of the loan.

For example, if you owe $300,000 on your home loan and there's $50,000 in your offset account, you'll pay interest only $250,000. Redraw Facility A redraw facility allows you to make extra repayments on your home loan and take out the extra repayments you've made later if you need to use the money for a different purpose. Interest rates and comparison rates Interest rates are one of the factors which determine the cost of your mortgage and how much your repayments will be. Even a small difference in interest rates can make a significant impact on the amount of interest you'll pay over the term of the loan. However, the loan with the lowest interest rate now may not necessarily be the most suitable or competitive for you in the loan term. There are several factors that needs to be considered and each of these are specific to your personal circumstances. Great snack for after school
Banana Slice Ingredients -
1 cup of processed bran breakfast cereal 25 g polyunsaturated margarine 1/4 cup sugar 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 cup milk - 1 cup wholemeal self raising flour - 2 eggs, lightly beaten
Method 1) Combine cereal and milk and stand for 15 minutes 2) Combine flour and sugar in a bowl 3) Rub in margarine with fingertips until mixture resembles breadcrumbs 4) Add eggs, bran mixture and bananas and stir until just combined 5) Pour mixture into a lamington tin. Bake at 200° C for 20 minutes or until cooked when tested with a skewer 6) Cool and slice into small squares
