November is a great time of year to be outdoors because of the beautiful spring weather, it is also one of my favourite months to visit many restaurants and cafes to enjoy a meal with family or friends. Some amazing restaurants and cafes that provide great outdoor or indoor dinning areas are Warrandyte CafĂŠ, Templestowe Hotel, the Doncaster Hotel, Cherry Hill Tavern and The Manningham Club all have fabulous menus and are family friendly. How many birthdays or functions are you planning to go to this month? I seem to have so many this November that I am thinking of this month as the start of birthday and function season. One of the most important things at a function, birthday, christening or corporate event is the cake or cupcakes, so any design you have in mind Angela's Whimsical Cakes or Elms Party Creations can do it all for you. Summer is around the corner so don't forget to book your kids swimming classes for Term 4 or enrolments for Term 1 at Westerfolds Sports Centre. Vacancies fill fast so book now so you don't miss out.
