ello and welcome to our May edition. How was your Easter holiday? We had a great break at Lakes Entrance catching crabs, visiting Metung Farmer Market and walking along the beach-side. My two-month-old nephew Leonard had his first trip away from home. He was such an awesome baby and did not cause much trouble for his parents. My children are so excited over the birth of their cousin. They cannot wait to carry him cuddle him and play with him. I had to remind them to be careful all the time. Having a new member in the family is blissful, isn’t it? We also went to the National Gallery of Victoria for an exhibition about childhood and teenagers. The ideas behind were so brilliant and creative. Children can play, explore and have fun at the same time. I would encourage you all to go and have a look, National Gallery of Victoria has recently ranked in the top 19 galleries in the world and we are very lucky to have free entry to most of the exhibitions. 为宝宝按摩时可用合适的精油，它不但有助妈妈于怀孕期间 平静和放松心情，亦可平抚焦虑，安抚宝宝情绪，帮助入睡和婴 儿按摩等。妈妈可在宝宝入睡前以稀释精油涂在宝宝脚底并加以 按摩10分钟，又或者滴2至3滴精油在宝宝枕头边做吸嗅法。使用 精油为宝宝加以按摩可以令她更舒服，亦更能感受母亲的爱和关 怀。更有研究指出，妈妈与孩子透过身体接触，会产生快乐的荷 尔蒙，诱发出快乐的氛围及情绪。

现今流行亲子按摩，越来越多父母愿意为此报读坊间课程。 父母借着帮宝宝按摩，能让与孩子有亲密的肌肤接触，不但能增 加彼此依附感，还能给予适当的感官刺激，有助于促进宝宝每个 阶段的成长发育。透过按摩，父母可以察觉到宝宝如何表达自 己，以及了解什么对彼此才是最好。所以，按摩是父母与宝宝共 同参与的事情，也是一种心灵沟通的桥梁。
