My dad has come to visit…. from China, once a year he makes the journey. He has three young grandchildren of his own at only sixty years of age. My happiness is always beyond description when he makes this trip down under. Immigrating is a decision I have never regretted, but separation from my parents has been difficult. They brought me up and paid all my oversea fees, so I can live here happy and settled. Now as they are getting older, they need to be looked after. REVIEWS When I first received the parcel from Simone Crighton, the creator of Shapeeze, I was so surprised by the size of it. It contains four packs, two for 3-6 years old and two for 4-7. There is a bigger version for home and a smaller to carry on travel. How considerate!
My child, four at that me, loves it! She can draw, colour, glue and learn shapes at the same me. Imagina on and logics are also reflected in the pack. The best thing is, it comes with all the tools. Finally she is away from iPad and working with her hands.

此臣所以报先帝而忠陛下之职分也。 This is the way I mean to honour my debt to the late Emperor and fulfill my duty to you.
愿陛下托臣以讨贼兴复之效，不效，则治臣之罪，以告先帝之灵。 My only desire is to be permitted to drive out the traitors and restore the Han. If I let you down, punish my offense and report it to the spirit of the late Emperor.
陛下亦宜自谋，以咨诹善道，察纳雅言，深追先帝遗诏，臣不胜受恩感激。 Your Majesty, consider your course of action carefully. Seeking out the good advice, and never forget the last words of the last Emperor. I depart now on a long expedition, and I will be forever grateful if you heed my advice. 今当远离，临表涕零，不知所言。Blinded by my own tears, I know not that I write.

先帝创业未半而中道崩殂，今天下三分，益州疲弊，此诚危急存亡之秋也。 The late emperor was taken from us before he could finish his life's work, the restoration of the Han. Today, the empire is still divided in three, and our very survival is threatened.
然侍卫之臣不懈于内，忠志之士忘身于外者，盖追先帝之殊遇，欲报之于陛下 也。 Yet still, the officials at court and the soldiers throughout the realm remain loyal to you, your majesty. Because they remember the late emperor, all of them, and they wish to repay his kindness in service to you.
诚宜开张圣听，以光先帝遗德，恢弘志士之气，不宜妄自菲薄，引喻失义，以塞 忠谏之路也。 This is the moment to extend your divine influence, to honor the memory of the late Emperor and strengthen the morale of your officers. It is not the time to listen to bad advice or close your ears to the suggestions of loyal men.
亲贤臣，远小人，此先汉所以兴隆也；亲小人，远贤臣，此后汉所以倾颓也。 The emperors of the Western Han chose their courtiers wisely, and their dynasty flourished. The emperors of the Eastern Han chose poorly, and they doomed the empire to ruin.
先帝在时，每与臣论此事，未尝不叹息痛恨 于桓、灵也。 Whenever the late Emperor discussed this problem with me, he lamented the failings of Emperors Huan and Ling.
臣本布衣，躬耕于南阳，苟全性命于乱世， 不求闻达于诸侯。 I began as a common man, farming in my fields in Nanyang, doing what I could to survive in an age of chaos. I never had any interest in making a name for myself as a noble.
先帝不以臣卑鄙，猥自枉屈，三顾臣于草庐 之中，咨臣以当世之事，由是感激，遂许先 帝以驱驰。尔来二十有一年矣。 The late Emperor was not ashamed to visit my cottage and seek my advice. Grateful for his regard, I responded to his appeal and threw myself into his service. Now twentyone years have passed.
先帝知臣谨慎，故临崩寄臣以大事也。 The late Emperor always appreciated my caution and, in his final days, entrusted me with his cause.

皇帝做久了就想着怎么长生不老；我们凡人没有 这等财力，但也总想在能力范围内让自己健康长寿一 些。所以人们现在热衷于购买保健品，做保健操，煮 保健食物。但当上网查询人们的反馈时，得到的答案 却总是模棱两可，大多数是“现在还看不出什么作 用，应该要坚持吧！”这份热闹也少不了专家们，很 多不知道是不是真的有资质的专家今天跳出来说一个 道理，明天又有另一个专家否定，成功吸引了很多人 的眼球，甚至还在国内衍生出一种专门坑骗退休老人 的行当，真是众生百相，熙熙攘攘皆为利往。 不只中国人，外国人的广播也经常讨论这个问 题，而且还说很多证据证明维生素片等对身体其实一 点影响也没有，换句话说，也就是不吃完全没问题， 而吃了不会中毒也不会让你更健康。就是心里好受些罢了。这倒很像中国 的哲学，万事应化繁为简，满则溢，盈则亏，多了不如都不要。中国人的 确很会养生。早晨小米粥暖胃，平时菊花茶去火，晚饭不吃多，平时肉类 一定要搭蔬菜，这些不都是常识吗？长寿国日本除了以上这些，还要讲究 还以食物最初的味道，最好的食物就是什么都不加工，原滋原味的鱼生， 清淡的豆腐，过辣过咸的东西大多数日本人都无法日日食用。有人要说到 四川等地了，那是地理环境造就了辣椒，所以养生有时得看地方。但现在 科技已经让地理环境的影响变得非常非常小了，夏天开空调，冬天开暖 气，出门开车，家里开着湿度调节器，很多地理环境已经大同小异了。 我看《军师联盟》，真的是谁活得久就笑到最后，司马懿活过了曹 操，曹丕，诸葛亮，曹叡，所以最后天下是他司马家的。他不多疑，不夙 兴夜寐，很少生气，升迁领军不喜，卸甲归田不愁，两军对战前仍要保证 吃好饭，日日习五禽戏，有智慧却不自傲，有志向却不执着，尽力却仍依 天道，这样的他，除非遭遇不测，不然乱世里他不长寿谁能长寿？！其实 说到底，就是一个心态问题。 专家们自己都还没活出鹤发童颜，可是很多百岁老人却道出了他们共 同点：三餐按时吃，多吃蔬菜，多干农活，没 有什么电子产品，日出而作日落而息，很多事 情都看得开。而且这些百岁老人很多都没有运 动的习惯，不跑步，不跳操，甚至也没有特意 的时间去走路。但他们都活得很长久。其实就 是正常的饮食和好的心态而已。其它的我们凡 人又能决定什么？不过是珍惜眼前，过得开心 而已。 但真正又有多少人能够该放下就放下，不 逆天道而行，永远保留一些些赤子之心来笑傲 生活呢？没有通过修炼——现代的都市人很难 做到。所以与其热衷于实验网上流行的各种保 健方子，与其每天吃一堆药片，还不如从此刻 开始修炼自己的心智。
