Hello August! It finally comes to the end of winter. The weather actually has not been that bad. Especially when the sun is out, the serene winter starts to glitter through the green leaves. Wash and cut carrots, asparagus, capsicum and mushrooms. Heat oil in a large frying pan on hot heat. Add veggies and fry three minutes. Add rice and cook for a further four minutes. Stir in soy sauce and cook for two minutes. Move rice over to one side of the pan. Whisk together eggs in a bowl. Fry eggs in the frying pan until cooked. Mix eggs into the rice. 但凡在中国读过书的人，多 都有上补习 的经验，那是一 应试教 万人挤独木 桥的 奈。而 洲 多 长移 的一个重要原 是， 洲的学习 有那么大的压 力， 子可 过得轻 一些。 ，当 多 长 一次听 “补习”两个 ，都 惊讶：“为 什么在 洲还要补习？” 其实在 洲给 子找补习，目的又 中国不一样。诚然，补习都是为了提 成绩。在 中国大的目标是 一个好大学，在 洲 可 常 体 。目的可 有几个： 一． 奖学金 二．精英学 三．好 的精英 ．大学 多 长问，难道我的 子不读补习 ， 不了好成绩吗？当然不是。总是有学霸 子，他们是那1%，不用 努力，不用读补习 ， 是 得 别人好。可是，其 那 99%的 子呢？都是要努力学习，都是要题 战术。把学 教的东 消 好， 成作业， 那么在学 得好成绩是可 的。可问题是，上面列举的那些 试， 别是前三个， 的 题目单凭在学 学的知识应付不了。 如 奖学金的 学 试，题目虽然 不上国 的 奥 题，可是有 自己的 点， 学课本的应用题难 多，而且一 题目 超前一 两 年的知识难 。 重要的是，题目 量 常 验 生的速 。而专业的训练 让 子快速 应这样的 试形式， 有可 脱颖而 。 要做好这样的训练，有几 途 ： 一． 长自己在网上找题型， 子一起做，一起分析。 二．找补习老师一对一训练。 三．找补习机构。 面我们来 较 这三 的利 弊。 有 钱的 式当然是 一 。 为 论补习老师还是补习学 ，都不可 做 盯梢。 长 子一起训练， 材 教，还可 让 子感觉 他不是一个人在战 斗。但是不足也显而易见。首先不是 个 长都有一 的 水平和英语 力来训练 子， 学可 帮助一些，可是英语 作呢?如果自己都感 吃力那么帮助 子是个大问 题。还有 是时间不够， 长是否 够 都 大量时间来 子战斗？ 多双职工 长都是心有余而力不足。 而找补习老师一对一的利处 是 果 较显著， 为老师大多是有经验，受过专业 训练，一对一又 让 子 中精 ，并且有问题 时 决。弊 是好的老师难找， 常 好的老师可 得 满，而且 好的老师费用 ， 别是 补习，几科都补的话，钱 算 来不 。 补习机构是 多 长的选择，一是价格 较合理，二是学习气 较好。 对于一 些 长补习学 托儿 ， 子上课的时候自己可 购物或者约朋友见面。但是补习机 构质量 不齐，有的机构一个老师对 多个学生，时间过短， 果 人而 。

一个西班牙的研究表明孩子如过度使用电脑无法取得好成绩。 但反之，电脑用都不用的孩子也学不好。 在这个电子时代如何让孩子健康生活呢? 事实上找到让孩子使用电子设备的平衡点取决于五个方面，它 们分别是：使用有度；睡眠；运动；营养；时间管理。如果能调理 好这五个方面，就能减少焦虑，让学生的日常生活更均衡。 一． 要做到使用有度，家长就要控制孩子能接触的内容。适度 地玩一点游戏是可以的。家长应决定什么时候该玩，什么时候该做其它事情。我并不鼓励 学生在睡房里学习，睡房就应该是用来睡觉和独处的。如果可以的话，在屋里找一个安静 但不偏僻的角落，大人可以看到这个角落并提供帮助。玩游戏和电子设备也应该找一个类 似的地方。 二． 电子设备会影响睡眠，所以不能放在睡房。晚上十点前睡觉的学生能减低压 力，提高新陈代谢。并且在睡前一个小时最好不要使用电子设备，大脑需要时间休息。睡 眠是发育的重要阶段。虽然五岁前大部分大脑已经完成发育，直到二十岁前额叶皮层还是 会继续生长，自我意识和自我表达还是会被刺激发育。想要有效地学习，晚上睡得好是关 键。青少年要保证每晚八到十个小时的睡眠。 三． 营养均衡非常重要。人一旦疲惫就容易吃太多，并且过度消耗糖分。高血糖则 会影响睡眠习惯。酒精能够帮助睡眠可是会影响大脑的学习功能。要注意不要过多服用运 动饮料，因为这些饮料一般含高糖和高咖啡因。食物摄入不够的人也无法发挥潜在能力。 身体缺铁的人容易疲劳，无法集中，这样想要有效地学习就需要更长的时间。吃得不好就 无法摄入必须的矿物质和维生素，免疫能力则会下降，进而影响身心健康。 四． 运动，音乐，艺术，各种兴趣都对学生有益。做自己喜欢做的事，身体就会产 生一种血清素，使我们安静下来。适量的运动提高免疫能力，通过加快大脑氧气的运转提 高大脑机能。好听的音乐使得大脑产生多巴胺并使我们神清气爽；轻缓的音乐能让大脑产 生阿尔法脑电波；轻快的音乐则能让人更专注。 五． 管理好时间则是高年级学生成功的秘诀。做好计划，自我约束实现计划能够减 少学生的焦虑。有时候学生需要老师和家长来帮助他们找到一个平衡点和制定计划。好好 使用每周计划非常重要。高年级的计划里，大部分的时间要安排给学习，做笔记，做功课 和复习。在计划里也要规划时间做运动，放松和玩。这些学习外的时间都能让生活更平 衡。但要记得玩之前把学习学好了。 当然了，我们说了这么多电子设备带来的隐患，自然它也有其有利之处。现在孩子的 成长之所以这么有趣，就是因为有许多方法与外界接触，并发挥自己的创造力。我们所要 做的就是帮助他们找到一个平衡点并且给予他们必要的关怀。 亚伦是诺克斯学校的校长，他的博客里有许多关于教育的文章，有兴趣的读者可以关注他 的博客：http://www.knox.vic.edu.au/principals-blog/
