We are back to the normal editorial. I feel that once writing becomes a compulsory task, you lose all the inspiration. So I will still write poems, when I have the impulse to do so. How has your spring been? I hope fewer and fewer of you are suffering hay fever. I am still having running nose but am not feeling as bad as last year. No itchy eyes anymore. A good sign I guess. Don't hesitate to see your GP and get some medicine if you are feeling really unwell. As spring comes all the events are back too! Monash council has organised a series of fun events for the whole family. Make your time to join our community and have fun. I am sure kids can't wait for all the entertainments ahead. It is still not too late to register your child for Term 4 extra-curricular classes, holiday classes and prepare for next year. Read through our book and it will give you some heeds. 有三只可爱的小猪，他们都想建一座漂亮的房子。 老大随便用稻草围成了一座房子。哈哈，我有自己的房子了！老大乐 得欢蹦乱跳。 老二呢，用木头建成了一座房子。 老三却想用砖瓦砌一座房子，于是它夜以继日地干了起来。哥哥们早 就住进新房子了，它还在不辞辛苦地砌墙、粉刷。这样整整过了三个月， 老三的新房子也盖好了。它好高兴啊！因为它的房子比两个哥哥的房子漂 亮结实多了。 有一天，来了一只大野狼。老大惊慌地躲进了自己的稻草屋。野狼嘿 嘿地冷笑了两声，狠狠吹了口气，就把稻草屋吹倒了。老大只好逃到老二 家里。 大野狼追到老二家门前停了下来，心想：你们以为木头房子就能难住 我吗？它用力向大门撞去。哗啦一声，木头房子被撞倒了。 兄弟两只好拼命逃到老三家，气喘吁吁地说：狼来了！老三赶紧关紧 了门窗，胸有成竹地说：别怕！没问题了！ 大野狼站在大门前，它知道房子里有三只小猪，可不知怎样才能进 去。它对着房子又吹又撞，可是房子坚不可摧。 大野狼气急败坏的绕着房子转了一圈，最后爬上屋顶，它想从烟囱溜 进去。老三从窗口发现后，马还是那个点起了火。大野狼滑下来时，刚好 掉进火炉里，寻得够呛，整条尾巴都烧焦了。它嚎叫着夹着尾巴逃走了， 再也不敢来找三只小猪的麻烦了。

一夜之间，房屋价格下跌了。国人手里都时兴有着几套投资房，影响 总是有的。就算是我们这些一直在观望的小夫妻，也微微有些怅然。本来 还有着一条很多人踏出的路，买房养老，现在却被告之，此路走下去，耗 费精力，也无大收获，你还走吗？那还有别的路么？没有。澳洲就是靠着 坚不可摧的阶层固化来维持的，工资都一样少，税都一样高，现时的幸福 是有的，可是想着以后退休只能靠着微薄的养老金和政府补助，我们中国 人心底没谱，虚。 其实一开始就知道，这些投资的游戏不是老百姓玩的。一堆金币才能 投资出另一堆，一块硬币怎么翻倍，都只是几块硬币。但我们就是不甘 心，事在人为，总想着年轻的时候苦些，以后总是能幸福的。年轻的时候 背着贷款，尚且还有工资可以还，虽然明知是为银行打工，我们还是乐此 不疲。自己的房子搞定了，还要想要不要给孩子来一两套，希望他们将来 不要那么辛苦。 要是在国内，这是房奴。来了澳洲算不算房奴呢？还是投资精英？我 觉得并没有什么不同。我们总得被什么奴役一下才觉得生活行驶在轨道 上，钱奴役，孩子奴役，工作奴役，所以好多时候，都觉得，怎么这么 累。 我们的不安全感并非空穴来风。可能在国内我们也不必这么做。父母 所织好的人际网，铺垫好的舒适窝，足以让我们安生，甚至还能逍遥快 活。君不见，国内同龄的人们过得多么自在。想来澳洲旅游，把孩子往父 母那边一丢，就能心无旁骛穿省跨市，闲云野鹤十几天，这十几天去的地 方比我们这些住了十几年的还要多。我们要是在国内，大抵生活也能这么 肆无忌惮吧。安稳的机关生活，亲戚朋友的互相扶持，熟悉的文化环境， 舒服也哉！ 可是澳洲不行啊，有些人父母能够帮助购买硬性的东西，房子，车 子，可是工作是父母帮不了的，有困难的时候四处望去，都是毫无家世渊 源的外国人，朋友跟国内那些赤膊相见的死党天差地别。我们，只能靠自 己。什么难关都要自己过，没有安全感是很自然的。 我们的天性里，就是写着“居安思危”，我们不可能像外国人一样永 远只还利息，内心一点焦虑感都没有。或者拿着福利过日子，却还心安理 得。我们也不能把钱都花完，今日潇洒哪管明朝。这种心态或许可以让我 们借着这种难得的房价缓跌的时期，把生活中重要的事情捋一捋，或许会 发现比买房子更重要的事情。也可以把自己的斤两掂掂，并不是别人有能 力翻云覆雨的事情，我们也能做得来做得好。 特殊的时期带来的不仅仅是懊丧，也或许是生命缓一缓，以更好地， 更适合自己地姿态调整一下的时候了。
