Both of us have been working respectively besides running this magazine since June 2015. Four years have come and gone. Over these years not only did we manage to make Your Child in Monash blossomed but also we got to meet many successful and determined business owners in the areas of Monash, Dandenong, Knox and beyond. Meanwhile since then my workload in a school has increased steadily every year and finally these two years being a full-time teacher besides running the magazines is taking its toll on me. Therefore we have decided to hand it over to another person, who is ready to make changes in life, with ambitions to increase family income, and to improve our local communities. Look forward to talking to you.

每年到这个时候，总是感觉无比疲倦。 或者是澳洲假日安排不均匀的原因。上半年复活节女王 节各种节日，铆足了劲让大家享受人生，下半年却能从七月 开始一直到现在，都要勤勤恳恳干活。日复一日，年复一 年，这怎能不让人疲倦？ 日复一日的还有工作。作为一名老师，送走一批学生， 明年又有一批。学生们高考完欢呼雀跃，明年却还有一次高 考等着我，明年之后还有后年，直到有人能够接手。一些同 事看到学生毕业，无比激动，热泪盈眶，我一开始也是如 此，可是渐渐，自己的心大抵也疲倦了，竟然很少有起伏的 心情。除了感叹时光走得太快，竟也唤不起其它感想。这像 死水一样的心境，真是要不得。 这样的心境在太阳普照，万物复苏的春季更加格格不 入。 遥想那时生完小宝回去工作，只是上半职，通常教完几 节课就可以回家，回家小憩一会，或者带着妈妈和小宝去商 场逛逛，又或者在这样的春日里，踱步在林荫道上，看着这 树花开，那树争艳，走到大宝的幼儿园，带她回家。那时的 时光总是很长很长，仿佛永远不会天黑，我有那么多的时间 给孩子，给家庭，给自己，那才是生命本来该有的样子啊！

有时希望中彩票，这辈子就不不用再工作。当然，这种极小概率事件 每个人都会想想，却都很少实现。再看看现在的工作，全职，工资高了， 可是税后其实又高了多少呢？单位有一个职位比较高的人，整天疑心我是 不是要取而代之，其实她真的想多了，高一点的职位，工资多了一点，却 几乎不能给家里人任何时间，要出差，要日夜颠倒，谁稀罕呢？但可笑的 就是，人家却看成宝，生怕被人夺去。谁说外国人不在乎钱？人生观的不 同并不是只是因为人种，就是个人之间的差别。 工作是让我最累的地方了吧。几年前换了领导层，一阵血雨腥风之后， 新的领导踢走了很多之前同事，安插进了自己的眼线。新官上任三把火， 每一片都要把它燃烧净了，才安心种上自己的野心。
规矩多了，一言一行都有人监视着，这也不行那也不行，因为新的领 导深信听话的员工才是好员工。可是在你来之前，单位的风气是多么和 谐，要成绩有成绩，要氛围有氛围。为什么人总要做这些画蛇添足的事情 来显摆自己的能力呢？ 我管这些叫心虚。大象无形，大音希声。真正有能力的领导是懂得让 每个员工发挥最大的能量，而不是让每个人都变成她的牵线木偶。而真正 好的工作应该是生活互补的调味剂，不是如此让人心累又神倦的突兀存 在。 现在我大抵知道自己的累并不是来自巨大的工作量，而是因为心灵的 不自由，还有人事相处的厌恶。我要有一座房子，面朝大海，春暖花开。 海子如是说。我有了这样的生活才知道，原来这样还不够，住你旁边的不 能是牛鬼蛇神，不然也白搭。 To advertise in Your Child in Monash call 0425 301 986
