How exciting ...! The little ones are going back to school and kindergarten, this week. Though it might be a challenge for the next few weeks, but at least we can now see the end of home schooling. As a parent I am looking forward, to see the joy on my daughters face as she sees her friends again and I am really looking forward to life slowly starting to feel normal again, a new normal. With the weather starting to warm up and restrictions easing exercising doesn’t seem so daunting ... I know, after the long indoor winter my children and I really need to start walking, running and playing outside again. Hannah visited Mystique Playground in Wollert, for her Hanging with Hannah report, it can be found on page 10. When outside it is important to remember, that there is an increase of snakes in our local area. In this months magazine we have a great article to help with educating children about Snakes, page 8. Kids Corner this month is celebrating all things Halloween and we have plenty to keep your Little Ones busy and getting into the Spooky Spirit, with puzzles and colouring in. In the Kids Kitchen we are cooking up some yummy Spooky Biscuits. Maybe your little ones can dress up and invite their Teddy Friends to a Spooky Halloween Tea Party. We have some Fantastic reads this month, so make a nice warm cuppa and sit back and enjoy, Keeping Your Child Healthy During Lockdown, page 6. Mys que Playground is a lovely local park. Hannah really enjoyed all the diﬀerent climbing equipment available and the tunnel slide. The playground has ac vi es for all ages and play levels. There is lots of climbing and a big slide for older children. While the li le children can enjoy the smaller slide, rockers and the spinning wheels. The park also has a basket swing and 2 other swings. There is a loop walking path around the equipment, so you can walk while you watch. The park oﬀers under covered sea ng and tables, park benches and a drink tap. However, there are s ll no toilets. Hannah’s p of the month - Your local playground is always an adventure.
