TREASURE COAST — To its critics, the Southeast Florida Regional Partnership’s Seven50 Southeast Florida Prosperity Plan is a usurpation of property rights and local government. To its supporters, it’s necessary regional planning for inevitable population growth that had widespread public contribution.
