PALM CITY — The Chamber of Commerce is starting up community town hall meetings on Wednesday, March 12, from 5 to 7 p.m. “As we go forward and things change, I wanted to give people the chance to have their say,” Niki Norton, president of the chamber, said. “The town hall gives everyone the same playing
