MARTIN COUNTY — Martin County students are staying ahead of the curve. The state’s Department of Education released the last of its 2013 Florida Comprehensive Assessment Test — what’s now called FCAT 2.0 — results on June 7. Martin scored better than the state average in all courses and grades.
