TRADITION — Residents of one Tradition subdivision said they’ve been waging a losing war for months against heavy-weight hogs that have wreaked havoc on their properties and struck fear into residents who are afraid to go outside after dark because of the aggressive creatures. Feral hogs, weighing in at more than 300 pounds, are running wild in the gated community of TownPark at Tradition, resident Robert Grasso said. The hogs have been a constant terror since January, he said. “We’re very upset about it. We want to move,” Grasso said. “We moved here to get into the safety

In early April, the Davie-based foundation gave Hakeem an $18,000 Permobil power wheelchair after they heard his previous chair was failing.
