To ensure a smooth auction and protect the interest of buyers, all buyers must complete the registration form at least one day before the auction date and put down a deposit of TWD 400,000 (USD 12,500、HKD 100,000、 RMB 90,000, if paying by check please allow at least three days for check to clear.) Yu Jen Imperial Seal Cardholders are not required to pay the deposit.

付款方式 買家一經成功競投拍賣品，在付清全額購買價款項後（包含落 槌價、拍賣支付之佣金），即可取回拍賣品。付款可以現金、 匯款、支票或信用卡支付，若以各類信用卡或中國銀聯卡付款， 僅限總金額新台幣壹百萬 ( 含 ) 元以下；如以支票付款，須待 支票兌現後，方可領取拍賣品。 本公司僅接受在台灣及香港支付保證金及拍賣品款項，如買家 以港幣或美金於香港支付，應按本公司於拍賣當日現場公佈之 匯率計價，並以本公司所發出之成交單上所列之匯率為準。
付款及領取拍賣品 買家成功競投拍賣品後，應自拍定日起 10 日內付全額購買價 款項；付清款項後，必須自行取貨，若委由他人提領，必須 出示委託證明書；若委託本公司送貨或需額外保險，則均須另 行計價，對於運送過程中所造成的一切損失，本公司概不承擔 責任。
拍賣品儲存
Payment can be made in cash, by bank transfer, check or credit card. Credit card (including China Union Pay card) payment is limited to total amount of one million Taiwanese dollars or less. Checks must be cleared before lot collection. Bank transfers can be made to our bank accounts in Taiwan or Hong Kong. If payment is made in USD or HKD to our Hong Kong account, the exchange rate published during the auction and on our invoice will be used.
PAYMENT AND COLLECTION Successful Bidders shall pay the full remaining balance within 10 days after the auction date. Collection must be made after full payment and in person, or by a third-party with written authorization from the buyer. Shipping and insurance quotes can be arranged if requested, Yu Jen is not responsible for any loss or damage during transit.
STORAGE
拍賣後 30 日起，買家若未領取拍賣品，須支付儲存費用。
Storage charge will be incurred for uncollected items 30 days after the date of the auction.

藏路漫漫 日月荏苒
我的外祖父張嘉琳先生，出生於1891年，又名爾績，山西 五台五級村人。歷代書香門第，其先輩及長兄均為清朝翰 林、舉人。祖父留學日本數年，取得日本東京明治大學法學 博士後返回中國。曾任山西大學法學院院長，善書法，喜古 玩，收藏項目眾多，書畫、玉器、印材、雜項等均在內。又 因其本身學識淵博，且常遊訪各地，包括北京琉璃廠、杭州 西冷印社、太原開化寺等地，故而各種收藏頗為豐富精美。 並於1949年因戰亂，隨當時山西省主席閻錫山先生遷居到 台灣。 外祖父育有五女一男，但孫輩多為男孩，只有兩個孫女，表 姐因在香港出生長大，故童年時期只有我一個女孩兒陪伴在 他身邊。又因為我是未足月的早產兒，自幼體弱多病，外公 常擔憂我幼年夭折，故而常將其隨身攜帶來台的玉器收藏， 陸續贈我用以趨吉避凶，延壽保命。本次專拍編號120翡翠 「唯吾知足」古錢幣、編號131清代翡翠朝珠改製的珠鍊及 數件翡翠手鐲、玉珮等，均是長輩贈予的一部份。 由於自幼玉不離身，讓我鍾情於此，而後參與各種鑑定研究 課程學習更是習以為常。而夫婿亦受到長輩收藏文物的薰 陶，與我趣味相投，只要在我公職休假時間，我倆便經常往 來於英國、美國、法國、瑞典、日本、新加坡、澳門、香港 的中國藝術品博物館與文物市場，遊歷各方吸收新知，一同 踏上收藏之路。在兩岸開放之初，公職赴大陸規定嚴謹，幾 經思考於1989年毅然放棄再兩年即可申領退休俸的公職生 涯，全心投入收藏兼旅行的新生活。 1990年下半，因緣際會在香港認識印尼華僑劉家四兄妹， 其家族在緬甸、雲南、香港等地經營翡翠原礦開採、製作 等事業，讓我們夫婦燃起收藏翡翠的慾望。回想1991年 9月，表弟安排搭乘小飛機至德宏芒市進入瑞麗，到昆明時 方知需要再等二個月才有班機，因此改搭公路三層大巴士前 往瑞麗，體驗到初生之犢不畏虎的冒險之旅。當時，巴士乘 客約30幾人，擠在狹小的座椅及臥舖中，滇緬公路蜿蜒， 沿途懸崖、峭壁、陡坡、急彎、深谷不計其數，一路崖陡路

隘，行車非常艱險。又不巧遇上暴雨、山崩，於饑寒交迫的 艱熬中等待工人們清理一側為它開道，歷程約36小時。至滇 緬邊境查驗證件時，驚覺只有我倆持台胞證，頓時感到身在 異國，孤立無援的害怕與恐懼。此段旅程至今回想，辛勞奔 波、驚恐萬分之感依然歷歷在目，但也因為此趟親自深入到 瑞麗之旅，才能得到數件難得的翡翠珍品。 在這段期間，也由香港的劉二哥及雲南相玉專家周經綸先生 的介紹，跑遍昆明、騰冲、盈江、瑞麗、芒市、緬甸、瓦城 等各個玉石集散地。又其么妹劉芳女士是香港珠寶設計師， 也經由她介紹認識其同鄉好友，印尼華僑移居香港的知名翡 翠鑑定專家歐陽秋眉女士，因興趣相投，此後20多年來，共 同創造製作和收藏到許多質量精美、設計獨特的翡翠物件。 我們所藏的每件藏品都能勾起一段美好的回憶，如2013年劉 芳女士從緬甸尋得數件珍稀玉石毛料，約我們至廣州鑑賞， 看了之後雖愛不釋手，然原石價格高昂，風險高不敢冒進。 當時立即電話邀約兩位時在北京，有30年珠寶收藏經驗的同 好前來參與，兩位好友皆被這幾件玉石毛料深深吸引，幾經 商量後，三人才決定合夥買下。歷經一年數次審石及多次繁 複的打磨，終於在2014年底，其中一塊毛料開出數件裸石， 然最令人興奮驚嘆的，便是「取其精華、去其糟粕」的精湛 工藝，得來編號151兩顆質純滿色的蛋面吊墜及戒指，其厚 度與寬度渾圓飽滿，可謂達到蛋面極致完美的境界。而後， 又歷時三年協商，感謝友人割愛，才讓我完全擁有此珍品。 藏路漫漫，日月荏苒，千帆過盡。本只想整理藏品以作紀念 之用，承蒙宇珍藝術公司郭亨政董事長和張玉霞總經理力邀 我接續2017年璿玉樓專場的氛圍，讓更多人欣賞和分享我們 夫妻歷時約二十餘載，至今從未間斷的收藏樂趣。專場拍賣 雖然不捨，但為激發我們更廣的收藏之路及與同好的互動， 幾經思量，最終慎重地挑選出數件珍藏，期能與各藏家分 享，也相信新的收藏家定能將這些藝術品繼續傳承下去，讓 更多人分享我們的喜悅。

紐 繩 紋
紐繩紋又稱絞絲紋、絛紋，指像絞纏的絲線，相互紐結成繩索狀。紐繩紋早 在良渚時期就已出現，春秋戰國時期是繩紋玉的鼎盛時期，繩紋細密，為貴 族所使用。因其纏繞不斷之形象，象徵綿延不絕、堅韌不斷的美德，受到人 們廣泛喜愛，歷朝都有以此為紋飾題材，貫穿著中國玉器的發展史。

對於拍賣品及拍賣圖錄的說明 第九條、買家應提早於預展期內，親自到會場仔細審查拍賣品原件，選定參拍項 目，並對自己競投拍賣品之行為承擔法律責任。本公司就任何拍賣品及拍
拍賣品出售後的責任 第二十五條、買家付清全額購買價款項後即對已購拍賣品負有全責，即便該拍賣品 仍由本公司保存，在保存過程中有任何毀損則由買家承擔。
賣證明文件之真偽，均不對買家作任何保證。 第十條、許多拍賣品基於其年代或性質，使其未能有完美之狀況，本公司可提供拍 賣品之狀況報告，圖錄或狀況報告中未說明拍賣品之狀況並不表示該拍賣 品沒有缺陷或瑕疵。
對久不付款或不領取已購拍賣品的處理 第二十六條、買家成功競投拍賣品後，未於拍賣後期限內付清款項者，視為違約， 保證金不予退還，並應承擔相關責任。經本公司協商買賣雙方同意，

第十七條、若競投者購得拍品，則抵作購買價款；若未能拍得拍品，保證金將在拍
第三十二條、本公司有權平息及處理拍賣中任何爭議。
賣結束後七個工作日內，全額無息退還；若違約或逾期不交割者，保證 金將作為違約金，不予退還。
不受損害。 第三十四條、為維護場內秩序，請勿吸煙，十歲以下兒童請勿入場。

第三十三條、本公司有義務為交易雙方保守秘密，以維護買賣雙方及本公司的利益
〈本業務規則分中、英文兩種文本，若有爭議之處則以中文文本為主。〉本公司舉辦 本次文化藝術拍賣活動，業經文化部許可，符合文化藝術事業減免營業稅辦法規定， 因拍賣而發生之銷售收入及佣金收入，可免徵百分之五營業稅。
CONDITIONS OF BUSINESS General Provisions
Article 12
Article 1
Any representation or statement given by Our Company in the catalogue or in other forms as to the authorship, origin, age, size, medium, mount, attribution, authenticity, provenance, condition and estimated price is just for the information and reference of the buyer only. Our Company shall not be held responsible for errors.
As the agent of the Buyer and the Seller, Yu Jen International Art & Antique Co., LTD. (herein after refer as “Our Company”) will provide services for both parties, and shall not be responsible for any default caused by either the Buyer or the Seller.
Article 2 The conditions set herein shall apply to both the Buyer and the Seller. Buyer and Seller must read carefully the following detailed conditions and be responsible for their actions while carrying out these conditions.
Article 3 Any objection to the ownership or authenticity of a lot must be raised before the auction starts accompanied by relevant legal documents. No late objection will be accepted.
Article 4 All disputes arising from or in connection with these Conditions shall be settled according to the relevant laws of the Republic of China.
Article 13 Any reference to condition in a catalogue entry or in a condition report will not amount to a full description of condition, and images may not show a lot clearly. Colors and shades may look different in print or on screen to how they look on physical inspection. Our Company shall not be held responsible for these differences.
Article 14 Our Company owns the intellectual property rights (including but not limited to copyright or patent) of all images, illustrations and written material produced by or for The Company relating to a lot. They can not be used without obtaining prior written permission from Our Company.
Deposits
The Main Stipulations for the Buyer

All buyers must complete the registration form at least one day before the auction date and put down a deposit of TWD 400,000 (USD 12,500, HKD 100,000 or RMB 90,000) If paying by check please allow at least three days for check to clear.
All bidders should register at the auction venue in person and obtain the paddle for entry. Bidders must provide true and accurate personal information and agree that Our Company may perform necessary credit checks with the bank.
Article 6 Bidders who wish to entrust our company to bid on their behalf must sign the registration form 24 hours before the auction starts, and pay the deposit. Once the lot is successfully bought, The Buyer shall pay the rest of the payment within ten (10) days after the auction.
Article 16 Yu Jen Imperial Seal Card holders do not need to pay the deposit.
Article 17 The deposit will be used towards the payment of lots purchased, or refunded in full within 7 working days if no lots are purchased. The deposit will be forfeited

if the buyer refuses to pay for the lots purchased within payment period.
During the auction the bidder may not withdraw any bids he/she made. The highest bidder as determined by the auctioneer is the buyer.
Buyer’s Premium
Article 8 Our Company reserves the right to refuse any person entering or participating in the auction without giving any reason.
Lots and Catalogue Illustrations Article 9 The Buyer should examine carefully the auction lot they intend to buy, prior to the date of the auction, and should be solely legally responsible for their bids made to buy certain piece of lot. Our Company does not provide guarantee the correctness on the description of the lot or any accompanying documents.
Article 10 Condition reports may be available to help you evaluate the condition of a lot. Condition reports are provided for guidance only. They may not include all faults, inherent defects.
Article 18 Once the Buyer successfully bid the auction lot, the final Purchase Price that the Buyer shall pay in full are the sum of hammer price and buyer’s premium to Our Company. The buyer’s premium is charged as follows: For the portion of hammer price under TWD 10 million, buyer’s premium will be 18%; for the portion over (and including) TWD 10 million, buyer’s premium will be 15%; for the portion over (and including) TWD 20 million, buyer’s premium will be 12%.
Payment and Collection of Lots Article 19 Once the Buyer has successfully bid the auction lot, the Buyer may collect the lot once the aforementioned Purchase Price (include hammer price and buyer’s premium) is paid in full. Our Company reserves the right to ask for a thirty percent (30%) of the full Purchase Price as a deposit on the same day after the auction and the remaining balance must be paid in full within ten (10) days after the auction.
Article 11 Our Company has the right to hold exhibitions, auctions and make announcements, catalogues and other forms of publications to introduce the auctions lots.

Article 20

Payment can be made in cash, by bank transfer, check or credit card. Credit card (including China Union Pay card) payment is limited to total amount of one million Taiwanese dollars or less. Checks must be cleared before lot collection. Bank transfers can be made to our bank accounts in Taiwan or Hong Kong. If payment is made in USD or HKD to our Hong Kong account, the exchange rate published during the auction and on our invoice will be used. The currency shall be determined by the currency posted on the day of auction (presented by the Bank of Taiwan) and certified by Our Company.
Our Company may refuse the bid made by the default Buyer or its representative in the future. In such circumstance a higher deposit may be requested before any further bid is accepted.
Article 21
The Main Stipulations for the Seller
For Buyer who is willing to pay the Purchase Price in the currency other than New Taiwanese Dollar (TWD, NT$), Our Company shall charge the Buyer any fees resulted from it. The fees include the service fee charge by the bank and the currency difference.

Other Rights and Obligations of Yu Jen
The full amount of the Purchase Price that Buyer shall pay Our Company, does not include any commodity tax or services tax (either by government of R.O.C. or any other government). If such tax(es) do occur in the transaction set herein, the Buyer shall settle the tax payment in accordance with relevant law and schedule.
Article 23 The final Purchase Price does not include the service of packaging. The packaging is a free service provided by Our Company to the Buyer. Our Company is not liable for the loss or damage to the lot during or as the result of packaging.
Article 24 The Buyer shall collect the lot personally once the Purchase Price is paid in full. If the Buyer wishes to assign another person to collect the lot, a Letter of Authorization must be presented. If delivery service or insurance are required, Our Company will not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage to the lot during transit.
The Liabilities to an Auction after Sale Article 25 After the Buyer has paid the full amount of the Purchase Price to Our Company, the Buyer shall be responsible for the lot purchased. Even if the lot is still in the keeping of Our Company the Buyer shall be liable for any loss or damage.
The Management of Arrears and Auction Articles Left behind by the Buyer Article 26 Unless otherwise agreed with Our Company, if the full payment is not received within required date it is seen as a default, the deposit will not be refunded and the Buyer shall be responsible for any subsequent costs.
Article 27 Any outstanding balance after ten days of the auction date will incur an interest at 5% AER of the full amount, until the balance is paid in full.
Article 28 With discretion of the Seller, Our Company reserves the right to resell the unpaid item through auction or other means. If the final price is lower than the original full amount, the Buyer agrees to pay the difference in full.

Article 30 Storage fees will be incurred at the rate of TWD 5,000 per lot per month if the item, even if paid in full, is not collected within 30 days after the auction date. Our Company is not responsible for any loss or damage during the storage.
During the function of auction, the Company shall act as Seller designated representative. The detailed rule of the selling party is already set and regulated in the selling party contract.
Article 32 Our Company shall have absolute discretion to settle any dispute during or after the auction.
Article 33 Our Company shall be obliged to keep confidential for both the Buyer and the Seller and to protect the rights and interest of the Buyer and the Seller.
Article 34 In order to maintain order in the auction, smoking is not permitted; children under ten years of age may not enter the auction. <The document is printed in both Chinese and English. If there is any omission or error the Chinese version will take precedence> The auction event held by Our Company has been approved by the Ministry of Culture, Taiwan, and is qualified under the regulations for tax relief on business tax. Every sales revenue and buyerâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s premium resulted from the auction shall be relieved of the 5 % business tax.

I agree with and adhere to the Yu Jen's Conditions of Business as set out in the full catalogue. 2.
