• WHAT IT IS Effective teacher rounds involve cycles of peer observation, debriefing, and selfreflection that enable teachers to learn from one another through feedback and modeling. At this level, YUSP will conduct a full-day workshop to introduce teacher rounds to your school as well as four follow-up visits to facilitate implementation. Monthly one-hour coaching sessions with a selected leader will complete the network of support.
