Established in 2014, SprayCare Biotech Co., Ltd. is the first highpressure pan filling plant that has passed ISO 22716 GMP 100,000 dust-free room in Taiwan. Possessing a professional R&D team of spray cosmetics, SprayCare Biotech Co., Ltd. has been dedicated itself to becoming the OEM of aerosol products such as sunscreen, mousse, hair spray, moisturizing, setting spray, etc.

Equipped with a microbiological laboratory and a 100,000-class dust-free filling space, the production plant where the high-pressure gas used conforms to food grade as inspected and verified by the SGS vertically integrates bottle containers, raw materials, packaging, and design to provide customers with a complete one-stop service.

SprayCare is a subsidiary of Black Pearl International Industry Co., Ltd. Group with more than 40 years of extensive experience in subcontract work and has served hundreds of large factories in Europe, America, Japan. SprayCare Biotech Co., Ltd. GMP professional Class 100,000 clean room, have their own independent production lines and adopt uniformly the standardized SOP processes. Each product is manufactured in compliance with the brand’s core values.

In order to meet the filling needs of high-specification products in the market, a professional Class 100,000 clean room new technology plant is specially put up. In a dust-free environment, the temperature, humidity, gas flow, air pressure and dust particles are controlled and professionally filled to ensure that the production environment can fully comply with national regulations and international standards so as to build customer confidence and product assurance.

The test results of the clean room are as follows: in the measurement environment of the clean room Location 1 to 8, the results measured under static conditions are: in the measurement volume of 1 cubic foot, the average value of the number of particles above 0.5um is all less than 100,000 pieces and meet the requirements of Class 100,000.

E quipment & Technology

The aerosol cans filling technology may inject raw materials into different forms through the pressure from the propulsive gas to result in different results, including spraying type, powder type, and foam type etc. The filling capacity and pressure can be controlled steadily through automated filling apparatus, and, together with strict examination conditions, leakage issues of products can be avoided completely.

E quipment & Technology

The main purpose for the use of high pressure gas as the propellant of products is to improve the function of products, so that different injection effects, such as atomization, foaming and linearity, are generated through high pressure propelling way for raw material liquids, such that the raw materials may spread over the object completely to improve utilization rate and reduce cost. For the purpose of achieving different utilization effects, appropriate gases are selected for different raw material properties to create different spraying effect.

The gases used currently by the company include nitrogen, carbon dioxide, gas, dimethyl ether, refrigerant. Different storage environment conditions (high temperature, low temperature), cost factors, environmental protection properties, safety etc. are considered for different gases. The most appropriate gases for filling are selected by the company according to professional test and analysis reports of R&D team.
